I made a transaction of 5490 on 1st December (via UPI) with Zara India and the same was reversed by the merchant on 10th December. However, I have not received the credit till date. My bank (HDFC) requires proof of payment, transaction status and mode by which the payment was made to be able to assist with this further. I have raised multiple requests with both Zara and Citrus Payments Solution, but haven't received any response yet. It's been over 2 months now and request your immediate response.

As checked with our team, the refund against the txn ID UPI[protected] could not be processed from the bank end on 10th Dec 2020 due to some system issue at their internal end. And we are checking with Bank to process the Refund at utmost priority and will revert with the refund date in 3-5 working days.
