    I was placing an order on zara india online on 5th February 2021 and had opted for payment via upi. I then did the payment through phonepe for which zara had used citrus payment gateway. I did the transaction and the money got debited from my account but zara did not receive the amount. Transaction id T2102052318359246645427. So zara cancelled the order from their side. I haven't been initiated a refund.
    Kindly check my concern and give me refund of my money at the earliest.

      I placed an order of a product whose cost was Rs 1280 at the website of Zara using the UPI option. The payment gateway that it showed was that of Citrus Payment Soln & Pvt Ltd. As soon as I made the payment I got confirmation immediately from my bank stating that the payment was completed but on the Zara page it showed that the payment was due.

      Please refund my money at the earliest

        I made a payment on googlepay.
        The money waa deducted but on zara website it is still showing payment pending.
        Later on I made the purchase using COD.
        But 4990 rupees are deducted from my account

          Hi,
          This is with regards to my Zara order, Order No. [protected]. Two items from my order were cancelled by Zara because they were out of stock. Zara seems to have initiated the refund.

                    I made a transaction of 5490 on 1st December (via UPI) with Zara India and the same was reversed by the merchant on 10th December. However, I have not received the credit till date. My bank (HDFC) requires proof of payment, transaction status and mode by which the payment was made to be able to assist with this further. I have raised multiple requests with both Zara and Citrus Payments Solution, but haven't received any response yet. It's been over 2 months now and request your immediate response.

                    As checked with our team, the refund against the txn ID UPI[protected] could not be processed from the bank end on 10th Dec 2020 due to some system issue at their internal end. And we are checking with Bank to process the Refund at utmost priority and will revert with the refund date in 3-5 working days.

                      The payment was made on 3rd Jan around 3:14am for a purchase from zara website using UPI for ₹5770. The bank account was debited but the payment on the citrus page showed payment failed.
                      Please ensure the amount is refunded back into the account.

                        I placed an order on Zara on jan 31 and the money was deducted but the order got cancelled. I am yet to receive a refund worth ₹3160. This is my third complaint regarding this matter and I have not yet received any acknowledgment from citrus payment solutions. Please revert ASAP.

                              I have made the online transaction at TCP Haryana website for the payment of the labor cess amounting to RS. 26007.08 through NET Banking on 1 FEB at 1:20 pm. The payment has been debited from my account in Indian Overseas Bank but the receipt failed to generate. The bank transaction ref, is CTRUS-[protected][protected]@828172 made on 1 FEB. kindly refund the amount as the receipt has not been generated.

                                I booked two Jungle Safari tickets for Jim Corbett National Park via Citrus Pay gateway, one for Rs. 6030 via google pay and Rs. 5222 via Net Banking of SBI.

                                The amount got deducted in both cases, but both tickets didn't get booked.

                                I booked the tickets on 6th January and was told that refunds will be done within one week. But the amount has not been refunded yet.

                                The transaction number done via google pay is D[protected] and net banking of SBI is D[protected].

                                Please look into the matter as soon as possible

                                Transaction done using Google Pay reference id:[protected]

                                Also, I have already talked to Jim Corbett officials they are able to retrieve information using the transaction number provided already, and told that refund will be done within 1 week, but it is going to be a month soon.

                                  Hi,
                                  I placed an order on Zara mobile app on 26th November 2020 worth Rs. 11, 064.
                                  Through UPI(Google Pay). I used the mobile 8218172060 for this. (My UPI ID is killingmachine247@okicici)
                                  The RRN(Reference) number for this transaction is 033119218473.

                                  On 13th December, I decided to refund one item from the order worth Rs. 9, 990.
                                  Successfully returned the item on 13th Dec but haven't received the refund yet.

                                  In January 2021 I contacted Zara for information. They said they did NOT receive the original amount (Rs. 11, 064). Still refunded me the amount. But I didn't receive it.
                                  They sent this message-

                                  "With regards to your order number 52343808998, we had already refunded the sum of ₹ 9, 990.00 on 13-Dec-2020 with Citrus ID OL7654543520611399428."

                                  I hope the info I've given is enough.
                                  I can't find any way to upload a pic here for the bank statement.

                                    Hi, I made an order with Zara on 31/1/2021 using UPI. The amount was deducted from my account via Citrus pay solutions but Zara did not receive my order.                                       Hi i made a payment on zara via upi for amount of 1190/- on 31.01.2021
                                      The payment was processes via citrus and amount debited from my account but zara did not receive it.
