I'm complaining about my money getting paid debited from account but not received by seller due to middle party payment app

I was placing an order on zara india online on 5th February 2021 and had opted for payment via upi. I then did the payment through phonepe for which zara had used citrus payment gateway. I did the transaction and the money got debited from my account but zara did not receive the amount. Transaction id T2102052318359246645427. So zara cancelled the order from their side. I haven't been initiated a refund.

Issue regarding UPI payment at ZARA

I placed an order of a product whose cost was Rs 1280 at the website of Zara using the UPI option. The payment gateway that it showed was that of Citrus Payment Soln & Pvt Ltd. As soon as I made the payment I got confirmation immediately from my bank stating that the payment was completed but on the Zara page it showed that the payment was due.

Please refund my money at the earliest...

Money deducted but payment failed

I made a payment on googlepay.
The money waa deducted but on zara website it is still showing payment pending.
Later on I made the purchase using COD.
But 4990 rupees are deducted from my account...

Zara Refund not received for two months!

Hi,
This is with regards to my Zara order, Order No. [protected]. Two items from my order were cancelled by Zara because they were out of stock. Zara seems to have initiated the refund.

Can you please help me with this?
I donot know where the money is stuck.

Issue about zara order payment

I was placing an order on zara india online on 2 february and had a option for payment via upi.
Then i did the payment through google pay for which zara had used citrus payment gateway.
I did the transition via [protected]@oksbi and money got debited from my account but zara did not received payment amount so zara canceled the order from their site as it keep pending.

Amount claimed by merchant as paid, but not received

I made a transaction of 5490 on 1st December (via UPI) with Zara India and the same was reversed by the merchant on 10th December. However, I have not received the credit till date. My bank (HDFC) requires proof of payment, transaction status and mode by which the payment was made to be able to assist with this further. The payment was made on 3rd Jan around 3:14am for a purchase from zara website using UPI for ₹5770. The bank account was debited but the payment on the citrus page showed payment failed.
Please ensure the amount is refunded back into the account.

URGENT: Money deducted but Zara order cancelled

I placed an order on Zara on jan 31 and the money was deducted but the order got cancelled. I am yet to receive a refund worth ₹3160. This is my third complaint regarding this matter and I have not yet received any acknowledgment from citrus payment solutions. Please revert ASAP....

Refund from ZARA not credited

I was supposed to get a refund from Zara of amount ₹ 7, 122 but till now the amount is Credited to my bank account. the refund was escalated on 13 of December 2020. I was provided with a citrus id from Zara OL[protected].

Zara money deducted but order cancelled

I placed an order on Zara worth ₹3160 on jan 31 2021 through upi. The money was deducted but the order got cancelled. Please refund the money back ASAP. I’m writing this here for the second time....

Payment debited from bank but receipt not generated

I have made the online transaction at TCP Haryana website for the payment of the labor cess amounting to RS. 26007.08 through NET Banking on 1 FEB at 1:20 pm. The payment has been debited from my account in Indian Overseas Bank but the receipt failed to generate. The bank transaction ref, is CTRUS-[protected][protected]@828172 made on 1 FEB. kindly refund the amount as the receipt has not been generated....

Refund not Done yet!

I booked two Jungle Safari tickets for Jim Corbett National Park via Citrus Pay gateway, one for Rs. 6030 via google pay and Rs. 5222 via Net Banking of SBI.

The amount got deducted in both cases, but both tickets didn't get booked.

I booked the tickets on 6th January and was told that refunds will be done within one week. But the amount has not been refunded yet.

Hi. I got this Citrus ID OL[protected] from Zara's cust care, saying they have refunded the amount but I have not received it. It has been more than 40 days now. Please look into this....

Hi, I made an order with Zara on 31/1/2021 using UPI. The amount was deducted from my account via Citrus pay solutions but Zara did not receive my order. I contacted Zara and they asked me to contact citrus pay for a refund. Kindly look into this matter and initiate my refund at the earliest.
