Guys please it's been 4 days now and I'vnt got any response from you if you can't reply back to complaints then why the heck you've customer service..Everyone here deserves some sort of replies atleast if you'll keep doing things like this who's gonna trust you and sooner or later your so called comany bank or whatever it is will come to an end.
Refund me my money as soon as possible.

      I was placing an order on zara india online on 26th december and had opted for payment via upi.
      I then did the payment through Bhim Upi for which zara had used citrus payment gateway.
      I did the transaction via [protected]@upi to [protected]@axisbank and money got debited from my account but zara did not received the amount.
      So zara cancelled the order from their side as it keep pending
      I haven’t been initiated a refund.

      Kindly check my concern and give me refund of my money at the earliest.

          Hi .this is regarding zara india .
          I had made two transactions on 8th of Nov via Google pay for the amount of 7990 rs to zara.com . Out of which one transaction was successful and one failed at citrus end . I have not received the 7990 rs back and attaching the details of failed transaction from Zara .com after complaining. The transaction number is - OL[protected] Pls reply to this at the earliest . Citrus pay does not have a customer phone bum and email

          We regret to inform you that the transaction with the Citrus Transaction ID: OL[protected]
          has been failed and we have not received funds against the same.

          In case of an accidental debit, the amount will be auto reversed into the customer's source account within 5 to 7 working days (Excluding Saturday, Sunday and bank holiday).

          Kindly request your customer to contact the customer support team of the card/account issuing bank, in case the amount is not reversed into the account within the mentioned time.

            On 23rd December 2020 I have made a purchase and payment done via UPI transaction in citrus payment gateway via Google pay the amount was debited but the payment was not successful so zara cancelled the order kindly check and refund my money

                Zara isn't taking responsibilty Its just 1080 rs why are you not refunding me my money..

                  When you guys are going to respond to our issues you guys have sucha pathetic customer service if earlier i would have known about this i would've never done that you guys are looting people for their hard earned money atleast we deserve some replies.. i am not going to leave this issue i'll continously follow you untill you guys will not refund me my money. Look at to this issue otherwise i am going to file complaint in consumer forum.

                    It’s being a month I am continuously taking a follow up with you guys regarding mine refund of rs 6544 which I paid through UPI to Zara on 26th November, 2020... the amount got debited of rs 6544 from mine account but order didn’t got placed and neither the amount was received by Zara. Mine bank provided the RRN number as well..of the successful payment which is RRN.[protected]

                    Please note that this is a successful transaction via Citrus Transaction Id - OL[protected] at our end, the amount for the same has been remitted to the merchant. For any concern regarding, delivery of the product/Payment receipt/Account Details/Cancellation/Refund, you are requested to contact the merchant directly with Merchant Order Id[protected] in order to get the status at their end.

                    If that is a case Citrus Payment Solution why don’t you contact and coordinate with Zara’s about the refund and you can reverse the payment in your account and transfer back to me.. you these people directly denying it. Please mail me the transaction I’d and all the relevant details to show Zara about the successful transaction of rs 6544 in their account

                        I would like to bring to your notice that I had approved a payment via my UPI account for the purchase that I had made at the Zara mobile application at exactly 09:01 PM on the 23rd of December, 2020. The payment was successful and money was sent to CITRUS SOLUTIONS PVT LTD and it was debited from my bank account too. But the payment at Zara is still pending and CITRUS SOLUTIONS PVT LTD has not yet cleared my payment at the Zara account. I request that this matter be looked up soon and my payment at the Zara account also be cleared. If that is not possible then I request that my money be credited to my account. I have also attached the screenshot of my payment to CITRUS SOLUTIONS PVT LTD as proof of the matter.

                          On ordering from Zara I had payed Citrus from Gpay the money got successfully sent to Citrus. However, Zara cancelled it. The transaction took place on 23rd December 2020. I haven’t got the refund till now. No one seems to cooperate

                            I paid 1580/- for an order I placed at around 9pm on 23rd December. The payment was made via my upi ID which redirected me to the gpay app where the money was debited from my account at the same time.
                            But my order is still pending In “my purchases” section of the zara app. It still shows “complete your payment”
                            Kindly look into the matter and resolve the payment issues.

                                    Today i ordered from zara app as sale was going on i did online payment amd they directed me to the citrus payment solutions and i did the payment of Rs.1080 from my upi id the same amount was deducted from my account and my gpay account and bank account is showing the amount has been debited but app is still showing payment pending.please resolve this issue or refund me the money asap.
