I made a transaction of 3710 inr on 4th January 2021 via upi on zara fashion app.
While paying through upi, it deducted money from my account but after that it showed message, your order was not successful.
Though credit reverse happen fast in such case generally, i didn't get my money yet in my account.
Mails from zara show that they didn't get the amount and automatically cancelled my order. Still, i am waiting for my money to be deposited in my account.

    Sir, I processed transaction against Tr I'd no[protected] of Rs.116015/-through net Banking on 4/1/2021 at 3.04PM from my SB a/c of Punjab National Bank, Balasore {Odisha} Branch for making payment of semester fee of my daughter to Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra {Ranchi}, Jharkhand.The above said amount was deducted from bank a/c but no any acknowledgement receipt was generated and and amount was not at all received by the Institution so far.plz credit the said amount immediately into the a/c of the institute or refund the amount to my PNB Balasore Bank a/c immediately.Priyabrat Dikshit

    I am facing the same situation.
    Has the citrus gateway contacted you regarding it??
    My payment was debited from the account but while redirecting to the merchant the page never loaded and i did not get an acknowledgement.

    I suppose the refund will take some time, and the icici payment gateway has been crashing for quiet some time so i think its probably stuck in the gateway and hasn't reached the merchant.

    Anyways if your issue does get resolved please guide me through it as well.
    Sir, i am facing same problem during payment of my semester fee in Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra(ranchi).

    Please guide me how to solve this issue and get out from this problem

      Payment was made using Citrus payment gateway for the order on zara application.
      Date: 3 Jan 2021
      Time: 1st transaction: 11:15
      2nd transaction: 11:27
      Both for same amount : 2280 ₹
      For the same order.
      Both the time the amount was deducted from the account but the zara app shows payment not completed.
      Would like to request a refund of the total amount of 4560 ₹.
      Transaction ID are the screenshots attached.

                I made a purchase from Zara site yesterday worth Rs 6160. Money debited from my account but site showed Payment pending. I had paid through UPI gateway of citrus solutions Pvt ltd. I called customer care who suggested cancel the purchase to get back money . But I didn’t get the amount . Return the amount immediately!!

                  I had made a Chennai metro water tax payment on 28.12.2020. with reference number [protected] for amount Rs.1725.

                  Transaction shows successful on my banking site but said failed on the metro water payment page.

                            I was placing an order on zara india online on 31st december 2020 and had opted for payment through upi. I then did the payment through google pay for which zara had used citrus payment gateway. I did the transaction through [protected]@okicic and money got debited from my account. I cancelled the order later, zara cancelled the order from their side. I haven’t been initiated a refund.

The first transaction done on 31st December 2020 was successful which says the screenshot of the receipt which I had attached in the complaint. I hade made a transaction on 5th december 2020 and I had cancelled my order on 5th december 2020. and didn't receive the amount yet. it's been almost a month now. and according to zara they have initiated the refund on 6th of december. attaching the proof of transaction and refund initiation. please reply as soon as possible this is very disappointing and irresponsible behaviour.

                                      Citrus it's been heights now what the hell are you doing guys please do me a favour of refunding me my money it's been a week now i mean how can someone be so irresponsible towards customers there should be some strict action towards your pathetic customer service and deducting money from customers account without any reason..atleast have some courtsey

                                        Hi .this is regarding zara india .
                                        I had made two transactions on 8th of Nov via Google pay for the amount of 7990 rs to zara.com . Out of which one transaction was successful and one failed at citrus end . I have not received the 7990 rs back and attaching the details of failed transaction from Zara .com after complaining. The transaction number is - OL[protected] Pls reply to this at the earliest . Citrus pay does not have a customer phone bum and email.
