I was placing an order on Zara India online on 26th Nov 2020 and opted for payment via upi.
I did the payment through google pay for which zara had used citrus payment gateway. An amount of Rs. 3702/- has been deducted from my account but my order in the Zara app still shows payment pending. Kindly refund my money or confirm the payment of my order.
I've attached some screenshots for your reference.
Kindly look into this matter.

    I was placing an order on zara india online on 26th November 2020 and had opted for payment via upi.

    I then did the payment through google pay for which zara had used citrus payment gateway.

    I did the transaction via [protected]@axisbank and money got debited from my account but zara did not received the amount.
    So zara cancelled the order from their side as it keep pending
    I haven’t been initiated a refund.

    Kindly check my concern and give me refund of my money at the earliest.

      I had placed order online on Zara India app on 26th November 2020 at 19:30 While paying for my order I opted for internet banking for which I got redirected to Citrus Payment Solutions to continue my payment. I did transaction through Axis bank internet banking. An amount of Rs. 2978 has been deducted from my bank account.
      but my order in the Zara app still shows payment pending.
      Kindly refund my money at the earliest so I can reorder.

      at our end, the amount for the same has been remitted to the merchant.
      For any concern regarding, delivery of the product/Payment receipt/Account Details/Cancellation/Refund, you are requested to contact the merchant directly with Merchant Order Id[protected] in order to get the status at their end.

        Hi,

        I made a payment of INR 16026 for shopping on the ZARA App, but the payment was not successful at the App and the purchase did not go through.

        However, my money has been deducted from the bank and the GooglePay app show that the "Payment received by Citrus Solutions Pvt Ltd" and "Purchase confirmed", WHEREAS the purchase did not go through.

        I had to pay again through my Debit card for the purchase which was successful on the Zara app.

        Please refund the amount done from the UPI to Citrus solutions pvt ltd.

        • Citrus, Merchant, and Bank reference number.
        • Scan copy of bank statement indicating the debit for the required transaction.
        • Transaction date along with the amount.
        • Email id or phone number used for processing the transaction.
        • First 6 and last 4 digits of your card.
        • UPI / VPA if any used

          The amount has been debited from my account via upi but it's not been reflected on Zara application and firstly it was showing payment pending then Zara cancelled the order.
          I would like to request to initiate the refund as soon as possible.

          It's a fraud trapping website.
          One of the representative called me today. They are using German application "anydesk". He made me install that application. And through that he linked with my net banking account. I got a message of debit of INR[protected] from my bank account instead of the refund.
          Stop saying its safe and secure. Such fraudsters cannot use OTP and stuff now. So they are misusing such applications for deduction of money.
          Do not trust these fraudsters.

            Dear Sir/Madam

            I have recently opened an account with Kotak Mahindra Bank and I received the following message from them on 20/11/2020

            Dear Munnangi Shashidhar, Go to https://invoice.citruspay.com/invoice/enrwiayjnl/dd9cF46Bb to deposit money and complete the account opening process.

            This was an invoice for Rs 8, 800/- to complete the account opening process. We have opened this link and paid the amount through net banking through my dad's Yes Bank account on 20/11/2020 around 3:24 p.m. It reported the transaction was successful and the said amount was deducted from my dad's account, but never credited to my account. The details of transaction as reflected in my dad's Yes bank account are as below:
            Transaction id:[protected]
            Transaction description: NET TXN: CITRUSPAY[protected]

            I have contacted Kotak Bank regarding this issue, they said it will take around 4 days for refund to Yes Bank if this transaction failed. It is already 4 days and the amount is not refunded. Please let me know the status of this transaction.

            The amount has been received by the recipient today 25 Nov 2020. It took 5 days for the money to reach Kotak Bank from Yes Bank via Citrus during these times of digital revolution... wow

                              I had placed an order with Zara on 12th of September.
                              I had contacted citrus regarding the same and I was told via a reply to my complaint that the payment had been successful towards Zara.
                              Further I contacted Zara a week ago and they sent me a mail as below

                              “Thank you for making your purchase with Zara.com.

                              In regards to your order number [protected], we would like to inform you that after checking, we did not charge you the amount of ₹ 3, 780.00. In this email, we attached a proof as your reference.

                              Further, please be informed that the from the refund proof it has mentioned that the payment is SUCCESS ON VERIFICATION, it does not mean that we charge you.

                              We apologize for any inconvenience caused to you and we hope you find this information useful”
                              Kindly let me know what the problem is.

                                I placed an order on 18th November 2020 on zara application and paid the amount using citrus UPI payment solutions, the amount was debited from my account, but zara didn’t receive the amount. I informed zara about it, their customer care said citrus payment solutions will provide a refund, I mailed citrus customer care about the issue at [protected]@payu.in, but nobody responded, I trusted their service and they are not refunding my money. I request you to resolve the issue immediately

                                I have mailed you the details at [protected]@payu.in and [protected]@payu.in, your system generated tickets 06755106, 06753775, 06753766, 06753765 and assured me to reply within 48 hours, but nobody from team resolved the issue.

                                I trusted your service, and this how you treat your customers ?
                                Please resolve this immediately, zara has already confirmed that it’s the payment gateway issue, and it wasn’t credited to Zara’s account and Citrus payment solutions will refund the amount
