        Hi .
        I had made two transactions on 8th of Nov via Google pay for the amount of 7990 rs to zara.com . Out of which one transaction was successful and one failed at citrus end . I have not received the 7990 rs back and attaching the details of failed transaction from Zara .com after complaining. The transaction number is - OL[protected] . I have raised the issue before and they have provided me the transaction I'd of the successful one . And not the failed one . I'm attaching the details of the transaction . Pls reply to this at the earliest .

            I haven’t received mine refund the amount didn’t got credited in Zara’s account when I contact Zara’s customer care they were saying that they didn’t receive any credit from your side but you were saying that the amount got transferred in the Zara’s account but the payment was unsuccessful so please refund mine rs 6544 .

              Hi,

              I have made a payment for a purchase on Zara on December 1. The amount has been deducted, however the company has confirmed that they have not received the payment and that it is probably a gateway failure.

              I am attaching the screenshot of the message with details of the transaction, can you please confirm when I can expect the refund. There was no response to my email and hence sending a mail here. Thank you

                While purchasing from Zara I tried doing the payment via UPI google pay.
                On google pay it reflected the amount was debited but on Zara it kept on showing payment failed.
                To place the order I had to do the payment via a different method and that went through.
                Could you please help me through to resolve the issue and I can get the money back which has been wrongfully debited.

                  I paid the fee of Delhi university with rs.1772/- on 3/12/2020. My pnb account was debitted under reference citrus pa/[[protected]]/[protected]] payment of ed by rs.1772/- but no money received in beneficiary's account.
                  Please check and advise

                  Either refund the money to originating account or remit to the beneficiary's account.

                    Ive made a payment to Zara.com through citruspay but Zara.com didn’t receive the amount and as notified it’s stuck with the third party. So I’ve posted a complaint asking for refund several days back and even wrote an email several times but my complaint is neglected. Please citrus pay initiate an immediate refund.

                            I ordered through Zara App and picked UPI option as a payment method. The payment didn’t reach Zara. I emailed and sent Twitter DM to the Citruspay team which powers Zara UPI feature. They said they are looking into it and that the payment will be refunded in 48 hours. It’s been more than 3 days. They don’t reply to my emails and Twitter DMs anymore. This is such an unprofessional behavior and I am very irritated by it.

                              I was placing an order on zara india online on 26th November 2020 and had opted for payment via upi.
                              I then did the payment through google pay for which zara had used a citrus payment gateway.

                              I did the transaction via [protected]@axisbank and money got debited from my account but zara did not receive the amount.
                              So Zara cancelled the order from their side as it kept pending
                              I haven’t been initiated a refund.

                              Kindly check my concern and give me a refund of my money at the earliest.

                                Amount of 7990 rs was deducted on 9th Nov as part of payment to zara.com and they have not received the payment and I have proof of the same . Attaching both transaction of Zara and my google pay . Please look at this at earliest . I do not understand why a Citrus does not have call support esp when its a payment gateway .

                                Citrus pay does not even have an email service or customer care call number . There is no way to contact them and they are not providing the screen shot of our payment . This is day light robbing and holding our funds to make interest out of it because citrus is in debt and was recently acquired

                                Anusha even we can’t connect with zara as well because there customer care no. Is not working which they have provided in their App and Chat support is also useless hardly they response on chats.

                                  I had placed an order on Zara India on 8th October 2020 and had opted for payment via UPI. I then made the payment via google pay for which Zara used the citrus payment gateway. I did the transaction via meheli.[protected]@okaxis and INR 2170/- got debited from my bank account but Zara did not receive the amount. Transaction ID for this is UPI/P2M/[protected]/CITRUS SO/AXIS BANK/TRANSAC . The order placement did not go through and the amount has still not been refunded to my bank account. I've attached images of the transaction details with this complaint.

                                  Kindly look into this matter & help issue a refund at the earliest.
