    This is not what I am asking. If you have refunded then where is the money???? It lost its way to my account?
    I will also file a complaint. They are asking for a minimum balance of 10, 000 for my amount to be credited to my account. Like wtf!

      I sunil Kalaskar had make online payment to Property Tax for Nashik Municipal corporation on 26 Nov 2020. wide reference No.[protected]. In bank statement the POS 512967******3559 Citruspay Property is mentioned . But even after 5 days the payment has not yet credited to Property Tax department nither I received receipt of the same .

        I have made a payment for a product in ZARA for rupees 4990 the throught UPI the transaction become success but ZARA doesnot recieved the money. The payment has been made to [protected]@axisbank with transaction id[protected] on[protected]. Please refund the amount as soon as possible.

          My order was cancelled, and i have contacted zara they said that payment has been failed. They haven't received the money. It's with you only. Everyone is facing the same issue with your payment gateway. I will literally file a police complaint regarding this fraudulent activity.
          My order on zara app got cancelled and money got deducted from my bank account and it hasn't been credited back.

          They are denying that they don't have the money and it's with citrus only. What should i be doing now ?
          I haven't received any refund yet, and zara is saying that citrus pay is having your money. Why are you fooling people around ? Everyone is facing issues with your payment gateway. I'll seriously file a case against you for fraudulent activities. Refund my money right away.

              I placed order on zara on 26th Nov and I paid for my order through upi but payment didn't reached to zara so they mailed me for payment pending so I paid again through upi then my order is confirmed so now I am waiting for my first refund . Please. Look into matter as soon as possible. I have attached all screen shot of payment

                      Hi,

                      I made a purchase of ₹1484 on Zara.com yesterday. I was transferring the money to merchant through UPI payment method. My ICICI bank is linked to my Paytm UPI and amount got deducted from my account which means payment was done from my side but Zara didn’t recieve it because the payment was transferred to their payment Gateway which is Citrus solutions pvt ltd. So I contacted Customer service of Zara and recieved a mail from zara stating that my order has been cancelled because payment was pending and is stuck with citrus solutions and they didn’t transfer it to zara.
                      Now, My order has been already cancelled and I want my refund of the same amount as soon as possible.

                          Please note, Citrus is a payment aggregator who helps merchants and customers to do online transactions. It is a merchant who delivers the services and gives refund/replacement as per their policy in case of any issues. Since the said transactions are successfully processed, any refund/resolution will be provided by the merchant only. In case you do not receive support from the merchant, you may raise a chargeback with your issuing bank.

                            I made an online payment for HOBPAS/demno/24482/20-21 amount 34768.48 via my Yesbank credit card at citrusptcpharyana on 27/11/2020 at 3:30:00 pm.

                            My application HOBPAS-9631/20-21 on https://haryanabpas.gov.in/TCPOPORTAL is still showing unpaid and i did not receive any transaction receipt i just got a blank screen after payment.

                            Kindly provide me a receipt and also update the payment at https://haryanabpas.gov.in/TCPOPORTAL asap

                              I got an email from the team and the executive attended me and addressed my problem. He said that the refund amount will be back in your account in 30 minutes. It's two since then and no money has been refunded in my account. And they are not even answering my calls and emails. Citrus payment solutions, I want to know my status. Please, refund the money as soon as possible.

                                I transferred 5000 rupees for Kotak Mahindra account opening process on 27 November 2020 as their sms came after full kyc
                                SMS reads-
                                Dear Dr Yadav, Go to https://invoice.citruspay.com/invoice/enrwiayjnl/a93d56A96 to deposit money and complete the account opening process.

                                I clicked on this link and transferred the amount via debit card but it is not showing in the new bank account
                                Transfer the amount at the earliest in that account.

                                  Last night (26/11/2020) i placed a order of one jacket and paid using UPI, the amount of 3594 was deducted from my account but the order is still pending. I checked this at my end the UPI app is showing that the amount has reached to the merchant but i didn't received any order confirmation message or mail.
                                  The order was placed in the name of Sarthak Choudhary.

                                      I haven’t received mine refund the amount didn’t got credited in Zara’s account when I contact Zara’s customer care they were saying that they didn’t receive any credit from your side but you were saying that the amount got transferred in the Zara’s account but the payment was unsuccessful so please refund mine rs 6544 .

                                        I did payment via google pay for my Zara order, payment got deducted but was not received by Zara. Therefore my order is not processed please refund or resolve.
