I have paid nashik municipal corporation property tax online from website property tax nmctax.in for index no.10300267 for rs.2091/- using sbi on 4th sept 2020 through nmc property tax website (Citrus payment solutions).
The amount of rs.2091.00 was debited from my sbi account (Account by the name rajkumar patil).
This payment is not reflecting on the said property tax website i. E. Nmctax.in. I would like to know the status of the payment made towards the property tax of rs.2091.00
You are requested to look into the matter and solve the problem, and help me to recover the payment from the citrus payment company.

I tried to pay property tax by credit card.
in final step it shows paying d ammount to citras solutions.
i m sceptical if its official govt site as its not showing payment to nmc .
should i proceed and pay anyway?

      I made an online payment for hobpas/demno/21538/20-21 amount 34768.48 via my hdfc bank credit card at citrusptcpharyana on 23/09/2020 at 9:34 :24 am.
      My application hobpas-8595/20-21 on https://haryanabpas.gov.in/TCPOPORTAL is still showing unpaid and i did not receive any transaction receipt i just got a blank screen after payment.
      Kindly provide me a receipt and also update the payment at https://haryanabpas.gov.in/TCPOPORTAL asap

          I made a payment for my order from zara using googlepay upi id to (Citrus solutions pvt ltd). The amount is paid successfully to citrus solutions pvt ltd ([protected]@axisbank) and i got the reference number id[protected] and is attached herewith. But the status of the transfer is shown 'failed' to zara. I waited for one day for refund but didn't receive. Kindly resolve the complaint and please refund my money.               I have made property tax payment for the year 20-21 using citrus payment method and it has failed. Amount got debited from my account but transaction got failed. I was supposed to get refund but didn't got any till date. I have used citrus payment method.

              I am disclosing transaction number and other details. So could you please check this and do refund as soon as possible.

              It's already been more than 10 days now infact 15 days. I have called my bank account customer care folks and they told whether from Citrus the payment has been issued or not? Are you guys making me to go circles and circles ? Is this how you treat your customers? I need reference or any kind of number emailed to me rgadding refund. I need this asap.

                  I placed an order on19th september 2020 on zara india online and had opted for payment via upi.
                  I then did the payment through google pay for which zara had used citrus payment gateway.
                  The amount of ₹2, 290 got debited from my account but zara did not received the amount.
                  My order has been cancelled now.

                  i suggest you to please share your bank details with me about this payment credited to you and credited to zara.com from ypur side.
                  As zara.com is not accepting is amount they are not refunding this paymnent to me.
                  please share your bank statement about this transaction so i can raise a complaint about zara in my bank as suggested this procedure by bank itself.
                  merchant is denying that they receive payment and suggesting to file a chargeback against citrus in bank.
                  i am filing a chargeback in bank please reply what to do otherwise

                          Vide cheque no./ref. No.[protected], dated 7th sept.2020 a sum of 3327 inr was supposed to be paid as water bill to hsvp via payment gateway issued by hsvp i. E. Citruseasypay. The money was deducted from my hdfc account [protected] but was not received by hsvp.

                          After multiple emails to citrus easy pay on their mentioned email contact i. E. [protected]@payu.in, i have received absolutely no revert nor have i got my money back.

                          Double checked the payment has been made by my bank but has not been transferred to hsvp. Checked with both hdfc and hsvp.

                          That makes no sense to me, which merchant are you referring to here? Money was deducted through my HDFC bank account as mentioned and not paid to HSVP. Transaction happened to your payment gateway i.e.citrus easypay, who is keeping the money. I've already contacted easypay and there is no response. Request you to not send unverified messages just to close the topic in the forum.

                          What a sham!! Citrus pay and easy pay. We should all just go about tracking you and your partners while you chill with the situation. Quite horrifying when you look at a larger sum going through "Citrus easypay", I clearly see you shirking responsibility instead of engaging your partner and closing the issue for the customer.

                                      I have made payment of rs. 1750/- for renewal of trade licence to guwahati municipal corporation through your gateway on sep 2nd, 2020.
                                      The amount has been deducted from my bank union bank of india, chandmari branch, guwahati, as per details below

                                        I chose upi option from zara which led to citrus pay which eventually landed me on google pay and a request from citrus pay to pay that amount, i paid the amount and it got debited.
                                        When i got back to the zara tab, there was no confirmation, didn't even get any mail, but the money got debited.
