I was placing an order on zara india and opted to pay through upi payment mode, for which i use google pay. Zara uses citrus payment gateway to which i paid the sum and money was deducted but as soon as i was redirected to the app, it showed payment error.

Kindly address my grievance and refund. Attached is the transaction screenshot for the same.

I had done a payment of property tax rupees: 2353.00 through your citrus payment gateway on 10 may 2020. However money deducted from my account through phone pay i had confirmation from phone pay that they credited amount to merchant account but my property tax still shows as due. Phone pay customer service said as you used citrus payment gateway check with them. Can you please check why the amount is not credited...
