        Hi guys,

        I made a UPI payment on Zara. Citrus confirmed the payment. Money got deducted but Zara.com didn’t confirm the order. As they didn’t receive the payment. Please refund my money back.

          On 5th May I was applying for COMEDK application
          I have done twice the payment as earlier one was unsuccessful... Again I did.
          From my account double amount has been deducted.
          I have done payment through UPI Google pay
          I'm worried about my money.
          How can I get my money back.
          Please help!

            I have been applying for COMEDK application. But I did twice the payment through UPI. As one was unsuccessful but double the amount have been deducted from my account.
            It's been 11 days And I didn't get refund now it's been showing in my account that twice the payment have been successfull.

                Due to non reflection of payment in hp gas, i couldn't take the delivery of gas, as they were saying money not reflecting in portal.

                  I used paymantra xitrus payment to pay for gas payment using my credit card as on 11th may 2020 but hp gas has till date not received my payment but the paymantra screen is saying paymrnt already done

                        Amount: 589.71
                        I got the cylinder on 12th May and had to pay cash(579.0) for delivery. It looks like there was a charge also for online payment. I have attached photo of payment receipt

                            On 12/05/2020 at mid night at around 1-20am, i have transferred a sum of rs. 10000/0 (Rupees ten thousand) on behalf of my organisation durgapur group housing co-ordination committee (Pan no-aaabd1779r) to wb govr. Chief minister's emergency relief fund by using net banking of my account with axis bank. At i have got information from my bank account that my account with axis bank xxxxxxxxx559989 has been debited in inb/[protected]/ citras payment solution p. However, i have not yet received my acknowledgement of payment from icici bank or wb govt cm's emergency fund. My organisation's email which i have used as [protected]@gmail.com and my mobile no-91-[protected]. Please look in to the matter and arrange to sent my acknowledgement of payment through my email or mobile no.

                                  I was placing an order on zara india and opted to pay through upi payment mode, for which i use google pay. Zara uses citrus payment gateway to which i paid the sum and money was deducted but as soon as i was redirected to the app, it showed payment error.

                                  Kindly address my grievance and refund. Attached is the transaction screenshot for the same.

                                      I had done a payment of property tax rupees: 2353.00 through your citrus payment gateway on 10 may 2020. However money deducted from my account through phone pay i had confirmation from phone pay that they credited amount to merchant account but my property tax still shows as due. Phone pay customer service said as you used citrus payment gateway check with them. Can you please check why the amount is not credited to merchant account and revert back asap.

Do you Actually Value Customer Service on High Priority Basis. Why is that my Amount is not Refunded to My Account yet, why there is no reply from your Department. Is this any fake Payment gateway you are using to Scam People. I am doubting now. You have no Idea in this Crucial Period of Covid -19 Lockdown, what People are Suffering. Please respond.
