    I recharge my wife mobile from airtel app today (8th, May, 2020) and paid by my axis bank account.
    Amount deduction 558rs. msg came from the axis bank but recharge msg or anything does not reflacting in mobile or airtel app.

      There is a fraud transaction through my bank account for Rs. 29, 500 & 20, 000 on May 07 2020. Transactions were made from Punjab National Bank vide transaction number

          I filled the comedk exam and paid for the application form, my money got deducted but the transaction status was unsuccessful. So i again tried for the payment again my money got deducted but transaction failed. So i tried for the 3rd time and the transaction was successful, i got approved. But after that my pending 1st transaction got approved and i got the message of successful transaction. The 2nd transaction is still pending so there is a slight chance that it may get approved and again i wont get my refund. So at last here i am paying 4800 rupess for a application form that should have costed 1600. Aslo there is not a easy way to even contact them which is very annoying... I want my money back

                Hello,
                I have made payment for a purchase on zara.com for rs.3990on 7 th may 2020 at 7:40 pm. The amount has been deducted from my account but the payment isn't reflected in the transaction for purchase. Since the website has claimed to make the payment again as there was an error and has proposed to cancel the order, please look into the issue as soon as possible.

                    I placed an order on the zara app and made a payment via upi through your gateway. The upi transaction's status is successful but my order has been cancelled due to lack of payment.
                    The amount has been already debited from my account and the customer support of the merchant has stated that they cannot help me as the payment has not been received by them

                      On 07 may 2020.

                      I made a transaction of rs 1500 through upi for unigauge – engineering entrance exam for be/b. Tech 2020. Rs 1500 was deducted from my bank account but not yet updated on uni-gauge website.

                          Hello,

                          I was paying for my comedk exam fee and citrus payments was the gateway for the transaction. While upi payment of rs 1600 was processing, the citrus payment gateway site showed up a timed out message, and within 2 next secs the payment was successful from my upi app (Google pay) and even my bank's passbook shows a deduction of amount rs 1600 to citrus solutions pvt ltd. When i inquired about it with the comedk authorities and showed them up the screenshots and the details of transaction, they say, the payment has not reached them.
                          Perhaps, the amount of rs 1, 600 deducted from my bank is stuck at the citrus solutions pvt ltd. I kindly request you to check for the following transaction details and revert the amount back to my bank.

                            I was filling a form of COMEDK UGET 2020 on 2nd may 2020, but what happened is an amout of Rs.1600 was debited from my account but the form wasn't filled due to unsuccess of payment .

                            Also its my request to proceed with the refund of this amount as i want to fill the form before the last date .

                              I have made GHMC property tax payment using citrus pay

                              After payment this is message received from upi account amount has dedicated

                              Dear Customer, acct XXX481 has been debited for Rs.1828.00 on 04-May-20 towards linked [protected]@axisbank. UPI Ref no[protected]

                              but it's not updated in GHMC property tax website showing msg as Your Payment Amount of Rs. 1828/- against PTIN([protected]) has been Failed.

                              And we called GHMC support team they said amount not received also called to icici bank upa account support team they said payment already released

                              So we request you to check my transaction ref. No[protected] and relase payment to my property tax account PTIN([protected])

                                      I was purchasing shoes online through zara app. I chose an option to pay through UPI paymnets. They redirected me to citrus solutions merchant to continue my paymnet. I entered my upi id . My money 11470 got deducted but my order in zara app still shows paymnet pending. Kindly refund my money as soon as possible.

                                        This to inform you that i tried making payment via google pay for 1290 twice and once it got failed. For the very first time the payment got stuck in between and the other time it was processed but the website didn’t received the order and they canceled the order.
