Sir/Ma'am I completed an UPI payment for ComedK application. The payment was successful but the application showed not completed. So I made the payment again. Kindly refund the fee amount deducted the first time.

    On 5 may 2020 i have filled the form of comedk and my amount has been deducted but the form has not been processed. The page is showing as "payment not successfull". The amount was 1600 and you guys dont have any customer support this is very unethic behavier i am facing and this was the last date i have been told and now the date has been extended, please refund my money as soon as earlier.

    So, until unles i will not get my refund i cant fill the next form, i am a student i dont have extra money please m requesting i need my money back..I have some details which i can share with you.And m not the only one who is facing this issue there are many students who are facing this issue kindly look into this.

      It is about my comedk form transaction failure while my money got deducted.
      I have done my payment of 1628rs for comedk form on 4 may 2020 through card payment of indian bank. But when i login again my transaction was showing unsuccessful while my money got deducted.

        I paid its payment by citurspay by link given by hp gas after i book the riffil.but sai gas traders are says that the payment is not haven't to them so i also pay them by cash but my amount is also credited from my account.

            As today is the last date and still its not updated and not refunded...
            This is my request to sort out this problem.. As i have to pay again because today is last date.. So the money should be refunded sir...

            Comedk replied that it doesnt get the amount which was deducted from upi account of phone pe as the photo have attached above

              Hi,
              I was applying for comedk application.
              Application number is hcu063469, applicant name is satyarth ranjan, i paid rupees 1600/- application fee using upi, the payment did not reflect on the application but was deducted from my bank account, my upi id is [protected]@

              The payment details are attached in this mail.

              However since tomorrow was the last date for the application, i have paid rupee 1600/- again using my debit card.

              Please refund the first payment as soon as possible.

                  I paid the ₹1600 fee through citrus payment gateway on the comed-k website. The amount has been deducted from my bank account but the website shows that the transaction failed. I need a refund of my money as soon as possible since today is the last day to submit the comed-k form.
                  There are no available helpline mails or numbers to contact this gateway.
                  Please provide a valid mail id to which i can send my details to. Thank you

                    My name is siva krishna kodali, i paid my property tax of rs.4365 through myghmc app by using citrus payment solution through gpay on this may 1st 2020. Money got debited from my account on the same day. But i didn't received any acknowledgement from ghmc about my payment.in app it still showing tax is in due state only.
                    Please resolve this issue asap. Please refund my money

The money rs1600 was deducted from my upi andra bank account but in my application form it is transaction failed. My application was also not submitted.                           This is with regard to website www.fitnut.online where we have integrated citrus pay check out.

                          We are not able to divert payments to our bank account. We have uploaded some documents for kyc but a few could be missing.

                          Our clients are already paying on that link.

                          Please help else we will have to find another payment gateway

                                I have paid my property tax for this
                                Pti no. [protected] paid through my ghmc app on mobile and amount paid through upi and upi reference no is[protected].

                                I got success message from bank and 7213 rupees got deducted from my account but i got failure message from ghmc app and still it is showing as due my property tax.

                                Almost 5 days completed but neighter refunded the amount nor the success property tax receipt received.

                                Can you pls help me in this.
