Hi,

I made a payment of rs 599 from my upi id [removed] to smartlink on 23rd april around 00:15 am. Payment was successful but redirection to merchant website failed. Hence, transaction was unsuccessful.

Please look into it and provide refund.

    Hi

    I have done upi transaction using google pay to ghmc paying property tax for ptin [protected], the amount got deducted from my account and transaction is successful in google pay, the the transaction is failed in ghmc site, and the amount is not reflecting in the ghmc portal

    Attached the upi transaction, please initiate the refund.

However the amount is deducted from the bank. Please help me in refunding it. If this is the case i will never dare to do online payment. K

                      It is to kindly state that with upi transfer#[protected], I have paid property tax of Rs 2, 011/- thru [protected]@axisbank platform but it is still not cleared. Message attached which is received by icici bank and amount is deducted.

                            It is about the comedk exam application form payment. When i was paying for the form i opt for upi and used gpay to pay the application form fee that is 1600rs.
                            I got the message with a request of citrus solutions pvt ltd. And agree to pay and from there i pay 1600 rs which was deducted from the account but the application shows unsuccessful payment. I checked out again but the problem remains there.
                            Have a look and let me know what is the status and refund the money if the transaction was failed so that i can submit my exam form

Neither my application is being submitted cause payment was unsuccessful however amount was deducted and nor i get any refund so that i can submit the application form. I had submitted all the necessary payment proof and also unsuccessful payment proof form the application side then why their is no response form your side.
                            I am not asking any other's money right then why my issue is being ignored.
                            If any updates are there then you can update me the same. So kindly respond and reply ASAP.
