Hi

I paid GHMC property tax for PTIN :[protected]
Via upi, amount got debited but to my surprise GHMC site showed Transaction failed. And I still see tax due on ghmc site.

24 hrs done, no refund yet.
Attaching you screenshot of transaction details.

Can you guide me on this transaction.

    When i checked my account statement, 9999 rs been deducted as part of CITRUSPAY KOTAK.

        I made a payment through citrus gateway by using upi app GPay. I got the link to pay online from HP gas and selected citrus payment gateway. The transaction is done from GPay upi app which was done successfully but was not reflected in gas agency and from citrus gateway also no message. I am able to see the transaction in hdfc Bank and also in GPay.

                Sir, While filling the registrationform for IPMIIM-ROHTAK on 20/04/2020, I submitted the registration fees of Rs.3890/- thru HDFC netbanking via CITRUSEAZYPAY.
                Though the amount was debited from my account the form was not submitted as immediately after deduction there was a msg on screen saying sorry for inconvenience and you can again continue transaction some other time etc.etc.
                Please get my money refunded back in my account as soon as possible.

                  But, the money is not transferred to Hp gas agency yet, can you pls confirm on the issue?

                  Is my complaint resolved?
                  Please send me the screenshot of refund status.

                  I am getting a phone from this number [protected], whose number it is?
                  Is it a fake call or official call? The person is asking for my debit card details and some verification code and all. i suspect this as fake call. How come or why you can't refund easily to the same card or bank account used while i transfer the money?
                  Now, my lpg gas cylinder has been taken back by the SLV enterprises who is the agency, and i do not know whether i will receive my 744 INR back or not. it is really so annoying service.Please arrange a call back immediately with who can talk in English or Kannada, please.
                  until then this complaint is not resolved, please reopen and take immediate action to refund my money.

                                      Hi,
                                      I have chosen citrus payment upi on ghmc hyderbad property tax website to pay rs. 14133 to ghmc property tax hyderabad on april 17th.

                                      But the payment receipt has not been generated instantly. My property tax still shows due. Kindly return my money to my account as soon as possible.
