Hello sir,
I have paid my hp gas refill payment through the link provided in the refill booking msg. The link redirected me through citrus and i made the payment through phone pay.. But after successful payment the status of payment in hp gas is still cash on delivery.. And didn't get any transaction invoice or anything. But the money has got deducted from my bank account. What can i do with this issue?
Plz refund my money 719rs.

    Hello,

    I was paying for my comedk exam fee and citrus payments was the gateway for the transaction. While upi payment of rs 1, 600 was processing, the citrus payment gateway site showed up a timed out message, and within 2 next secs the payment was successful from my upi app (Google pay) and even my bank's passbook shows a deduction of amount rs 1, 600 to citrus solutions pvt ltd. When i inquired about it with the comedk authorities and showed them up the screenshots and the details of transaction, they say, the payment has not reached them.
    Perhaps, the amount of rs 1, 600 deducted from my bank is stuck at the citrus solutions pvt ltd. I kindly request you to check for the following transaction details and revert the amount back to my bank.

      While doing a payment for comedk exam i had paid a amount of 1600rs for the first time but the payment was not accepted. So i had to pay the amount again, after few minutes i paid the amount again. A total of 3200rs had been deducted but my application form still remains unsuccessful. After doing 2 payments also the application status still remains failed. I would like to inform you to refund amount of 3200rs due to unsuccessful of application, i have also shared the payment details below. Look into the matter as soon as possible.

          Your transaction with the Citrus ID: UPI[protected] processed on 07/02/20 for Rs. 727 was a failed transaction and we have not received the funds at Citrus.

          In case of an accidental debit, the amount will be auto reversed to your source account within 3 to 5 working days (for net banking transaction) and 7 to 10 working days (for Card transaction & UPI transaction) (Excluding Saturday, Sunday and bank holiday). If the amount is not reflecting within the given time frame, we request you to contact your respective card/account issuing bank to know the status of the refund.

          Dear Citrus support team,

          My payment was for Rs.737/- and not for Rs.727/- and the image uploaded with this clearly shows that Citrus have successfully received my payment. And I contacted my bank officials and they also confirmed that it's was a successful transaction. Then how can it be a failed transaction? Once again I attach the screen shot showing the successful transaction.

              On 24.05.19 my account has been debited for rs.3450 and the name reflected that payment has made to citrus payment solution kindly give me the details of payee as after payment i have not received any services
              kindly treat this as urgent
              I have wrote this query to my bank but they have given me reply as below,
              Our records show that the transaction with reference number (Prn) [protected] was successful.

              "i request you to coordinate with your biller by providing the prn details. Kindly contact us with the proof of interaction where vendor has disowned the payment receipt and confirmed that refund is applicable so that we can take up the matter".

                Hi, i have done the payment for hp cylinder through citrus via google pay for amount of rs.684.50 (Vpa - vishal.05. [protected]@okicici), however it did not confirmed the payment at hp end but amount has been deducted from my account. Successful payment is showing in google pay but not at hp side.
                Could you please look into it and do the bedding to either revert my payment or confirm my payment to hp. As it is going nowhere

                      After the completion of kyc, a message from bank arrived as:

                      Since, the message was sent from official kotak mahindra bank, i deposited requested 1000/-. The same amount was debited from my standard chartered bank account but was not deposited in my 811 kotak account. No refund was received either.

                        I have tried to recharge at airtel site by using axis bank online banking method and it's using citryspay but after payment it was spinning and resulted into failed transaction. The transaction date is 13-jan-2020 and transaction amount rs 399. But amount is deducted and not reverted yet. I had already contacted airtel and axis bank on same date.                           Regarding i was applying for comedk entrance exam so i paid 1600 using bhima app its was unsuccessful and amount was deducted from my bank account and.in bhima app the transaction status was pending so... I thought the amount will get back to my account with in 2-3 days. So i made again new transaction. Again i paid rs1600 it was successful and i got confirmation letter too... But the 1st transaction was still pending after 2 days it was also sent the amount successfully... So i need 1st transaction amount should be refunded.. To my bank account so please help me regarding this position..

                            I have booked for a gas cylinder and paid using the link to this app. The money (Rs. 704.91) was deducted from the account but it did not reflect in the gas agency 's receipt. I have to pay on receiving the cylinder. Today the amount has been paid by me while receiving the cylinder, pl refund the money paid through your site. The payment was done on today 20-jan-2020.

                                Dear sir,
                                Had paid my sons's school fees on 3rd jan 2020, amounting rs 20100, from axis bank.
                                Till time it is not reflecting in delhi public school ruby park records.
                                Amount also not yet credited back, if there was a system issue.
                                Kindly either you make refund to me, or pay to dps ruby park. I am getting worried as the amount is a considerable amount.

                                  I am not abe to withdraw my money rs 4155 from citrus pay account.
                                  When i click withdraw link it says "complete kyc on lazy pay app". For this i downloaded lazypay app but found no link to complete kyc. I contacted customer care of lazypay, they said that citrus pay and lazypay are two separate entities and there is no link between the two. I am not able too get in touch with citrus pay customer care. I raised my query on payu website with ticket no. Xl[protected].

                                      I booked a hp gas cylinder on[protected]. I got a message with the booking no and link to make online payment as usual.

                                      Hpgas bkngno 591968 con *7 bkng clrd 03. Jan.2020 sri bommalingesh otp 1219 http://ezpay.hpcl.co.in//ezypay//h//[protected] to pay for refill

                                      I used the link and used the citrus payment solution and made the payment.
                                      This is the sms i got from them:
                                      Citrus solutions pvt ltd has requested money from you on your bhim app. On approving the request, rs.718.43 will be debited from your account

                                      I approved it and made the payment. Will attach the the transaction details from bhim app. The transaction id is[protected].

                                      This is the sms i got after the payment:
                                      Acct xxxxxx debited with inr718.43 on 06-jan-20 and [protected]@axisbank credited. Info:upi[protected]. Call 18002662 for dispute or sms block 587 to [protected]

                                      But as per my hpgas distributor, he never received it and therefore i had to make a cash payment again.

                                      I have already been conned out of 718 rs. I am not comfortable giving these details to a company which has already conned me. I have given the transaction id. Isn't transaction id unique for a particular transaction?
