I am pravin pimpude, writing you this complaint regarding fraud transaction that done through your application.

On 16th aug, 2019 at 3:00 pm, i received a call from[protected] number. He already knows my all bank and debit card details. Through that, he did 2 fraud transaction and transfer around rs. 97, 990 from my pnb account.

I register complaint regarding this issue to police station - pune maharashtra, pnb bank - nana peth branch pune.

Please take necessary action and solve this matter asap.

Please note that all transactions processed through CitrusPay payment gateway are processed with a Two-factor authentication mechanism. Please note that the mentioned transaction/s were processed only after the 2nd-factor confirmation like OTP/PIN/Online password from the customer’s end. Also, there is very less probability of stopping/reversing such transactions. Never share your card number, CVV, PIN, OTP, Internet Banking User ID & Password with anyone via any means. Sharing these details can lead to unauthorized access to your account and CitrsuPay will not be liable for any loss arising due to any such unauthorized transaction/s.

Payment deducted but reacharge not updated and Incoming/Out going call's are not working.

    I have booked gas cylinder for HP gas on 09/08/2019 for my consumer no. 632451 with Vahikar Gas Agency, Pune by paying online through Citrus payment gateway using internet banking. The amount shown on receipt was Rs. 565.50 but the amount deducted from my account is Rs. 576.84. The gas agency claims that they have not received the payment.
    Either the company should acknowledge the receipt of amount and pay to the gas agency or refund me my amount back.

          I made hp gas refill booking on 28/7/2019 for my consumer no.:629936 with gandhi gas booking agency nagpur (Distributor code 952030, phone no.[protected]/2546841). The booking confirmation message received on 28/07/19 prompted me to pay the price of refill online. The website prompted me to pay rs 685.37/- that was deducted from my bank-of-baroda debit card xxxxxxxc...6299 at citrusp*pushpam. But i got the delivery on 31st july 2019 on cash payment because the agency/distributer/delivery told me that they have not received the online payment. Please look into the matter and refund my deducted amount.

            Hi Sir/Madam,

            I made a Gas Refill booking on 09/08/2019 for my Consumer NO.:625669 with Sakthi Gas Agencies.The booking confirmation message prompted me to pay the price of refill online.The price was Rs 592.00 but the website lead me to pay Rs 603.88/ that was deducted from my HDFC Bank Debit Card xxxxxxxc...0459. at CITRUS PUSHPAM. But I got the delivery on 13th August 2019 on cash payment because the Agency/Distributer/Delivery told me that they have not received the online payment. Please look into the matter and refund my deducted amount.

              I have read the similar problem below. I am lodging this complain on my uncle's behalf. Fraudster used citrus account to take money from his account. I get the explanation of citrus that loading money requires otp and debit card number and it's the card holder's mistake that they shared the details. But, citrus also boast for analytics and bigdata. How you approved such as transaction which is coming from a card member or card number which were never used in history by that card member? Second, money belonged to a bank branch which could be at far from your customer home location. A genuine card member uses two or three card in a given year but fraudster generally uses multiple cards. Many more such variable you could be used to ascertain whether that was a genuine or fraud transaction. Use data wisely, in a way you are responsible for this fraudulent transaction. Because you provided the platform to fraudster to fraud the gullible people. Your explanation is like explanation of facebook when their platform was used for terror activity. You have to act.

              I paid the amount rs.618. 74 via the above link and got the successful transaction message. But when the gas delivery came the distributor denied for the online payment received confirmation. However, the amount is deducted from the bank. Please help me in refunding it.               I have recharged Sundirect DTH account of Rs. 196 Telugu DPO 1 pack on 11th august 2019 through Google pay. The amount is debited from my account and sundirect is not activated yet. Please solve the problem early and activate it.

                      Even after the lapse of almost 21hrs neither party got the credit nor it was frgunded back to my account.

                                  We are a merchant on citruspay since last four years. This month they mailed us that one of the customer o[censored]s has filed a chargeback of a transaction against us. Citruspay asked us to show the proof of order, transaction and delivery proof of the goods supplied against the transaction. We gave them every proof they asked for on the same day itself. After continuous follow ups, they replied the documents are sufficient and its enough to defend chargeback, still if they need anything else, they'll let us know. Now without any email or anything, even after their confirmation, 64000 rs were deducted from our merchant account.
                                  Now they dont do any email replies.

                                  They took the money without any reason. This is a fraud. Return us our money or else we have to file a legal case against your company.
