I am pravin pimpude, writing you this complaint regarding fraud transaction that done through your application.

On 16th aug, 2019 at 3:00 pm, i received a call from[protected] number. He already knows my all bank and debit card details. Through that, he did 2 fraud transaction and transfer around rs. 97, 990 from my pnb account.

I have booked gas cylinder for HP gas on 09/08/2019 for my consumer no. 632451 with Vahikar Gas Agency, Pune by paying online through Citrus payment gateway using internet banking. The amount shown on receipt was Rs. 565.50 but the amount deducted from my account is Rs. 576.84. The gas agency claims that they have not received the payment.
Either the company should acknowledge the receipt of amount and pay to the gas agency or refund...

Yesterday, I had made to Purchase a software from AstroVision Futuretech Pvt Ltd, Thammanam, Cochin, by clicking on the link provided for online payment which was made by me using UPI I'd [protected]@ybl
Even after the lapse of almost 21hrs neither party got the credit nor it was frgunded back to my account.
Even my incorrect phone no.is being displayed in report the report, the no. being displayed is [protected].br...

I had made payment using upi by clicking on the payment link & the gateway was citrus payment solution.
The party from whom i had initiated proceedings was astro vision future tech pvt ltd, thammanam, cochin failed to get the payment in his account even after the lapse of more than 18hrs.
The party is still claiming non-receipt of payment.
What should be done....

But the dealer has denied for such online payment and i have to pay again the amount of rs 668.33 by cash at the time of delivery. As a result i have paid twice for the same.
