I recharged my sundirect smart card for rs 554/- amount is debited from my account bt not reflected in the sundirect app. I asked sundirect care and got feedback that problem is with citrus solutions pvt ltd.
So i clearly mentioning u to resolve my problem as quick as possible. Please take tis bug as serious. Quickly resolve my problem..

On 23/05/2019through citrus pay by using my phonepe app but the amount was not credited to sun direct and the dth service was not activated but the amount was deducted from my account and bank sent me the message of deduction for rs. 591. Today on 22/06/2019 a fraudulent call has came to my father registered mobile number and a fraudulent transaction has been done for the amount of rs 50, 000/-

I have made transaction on 21 june 2019 for inr 1000 for account opening with kotak mahindra. I got the transaction sms it is successful. The amount is not yet credited in kotak mahindra account.
