I recharged my sundirect smart card for rs 554/- amount is debited from my account bt not reflected in the sundirect app. I asked sundirect care and got feedback that problem is with citrus solutions pvt ltd.
So i clearly mentioning u to resolve my problem as quick as possible. Please take tis bug as serious. Quickly resolve my problem..

Seems fraudulent transaction has happened using your gateway Citruspay Mumbai.Customer's Name Hithayathulla A.M .The atm card number [protected].     Please note that all transactions processed through Citrus payment gateway are processed with a Two-factor authentication mechanism. Please note that the mentioned transaction/s were processed only after a 2nd-factor confirmation like OTP/PIN/Online password from the customer’s end. Also, there is very less probability of stopping/reversing such transactions. Never share your card number, CVV, PIN, OTP, Internet Banking User ID & Password with anyone via any means. Sharing these details can lead to unauthorized access to your account and PayU will not be liable for any loss arising due to any such unauthorized transaction/s.

    In this unforeseen situation if you need the details of the transaction/s or want this to be investigated further, please raise your query with the nearest Cyber cell and your bank that has issued your Credit card/Debit card /Savings Bank. Your they shall facilitate you on the further process.

      I just order something from zara and it autodirected me to your page saying citrus solutions when i was trying to pay through upi app i approved it from my bhim app but.. My money got deducted and the order didn’t went through it’s not placed yet.. My bank send me a message saying the. Money deducted from my account but no confirmation from the store as it says it’s still pending.. I am attaching the messages

        I received a call from fraud caller saying that I am calling from SBI Bank and asked me to give my ATM last 4 digit number otherwise my bank account will be blocked for 6 months. I frightened and give my ATM last 4 digit number. Immediately I received OTP message in my mobile and the fraud caller asked for OTP number which I gave to him and immediately I received another message in which Rs 25000 was debited to my account. So I request to kindly help me to recover my hacked amount of Rs 25000/- from my bank account.
        The reference number is OTHPG[protected] CITRUSPAY KOTAK MUMBAI DATED - 17.06.2019. My mobile number is [protected]

            Hi, I have recharged a subscription pack of sundirect ₹200 on [22/june/2019] and ₹2399 on [23/june/2019] through sun direct app. (total 2599 rs). The money has been deducted fro my account by citrus solution pvt ltd as the gateway of sun direct for transaction. But the money is not reached to the sun direct till now. I am attaching a screen shot for your reference. Please do necessary action to get my deducted money refunded back to my account.

            I spoke to ICICI customer care and they confirmed the transaction is perfect.
            i confirmed with sun direct customer care as well and they confirmed the money has not reached them yet.

                I had make sun direct dth online recharge of rs. 591. On 23/05/2019through citrus pay by using my phonepe app but the amount was not credited to sun direct and the dth service was not activated but the amount was deducted from my account and bank sent me the message of deduction for rs. 591. So please do needful at the earliest. Thank you.

                  I recharged rs. 591.00 inr to my sun direct account no: [protected] through your site on 23.06.2018 through state bank of india personal internet banking.

                          Today on 22/06/2019 a fraudulent call has came to my father registered mobile number and a fraudulent transaction has been done for the amount of rs 50, 000/-
                          The details are hereunder-

                          Debit message on mobile - "your debit card x1262 used on ecom at citrus pay etailing mumbai mhin for rs 50000.00"

                          Kindly block the wallet account on which fraudulent amount has been transferred and do the needfull to return the hard earned money

                            I have made transaction on 21 june 2019 for inr 1000 for account opening with kotak mahindra. I got the transaction sms it is successful. The amount is not yet credited in kotak mahindra account. The payment was made from sbi debit card ending wìth 3990. The transaction id[protected]. For my own money i need to approach pillar to post.
