On 9th june i tried to recharge my sundirect the transaction was failed and i couldn't find any source for registering a compliant. I still have the proof of payment. Money was deducted from my bank account and was not reflected on sundirect.. Today 5th july2019 i made the recharge and it was failed twice a total of 597 rupees is stuck in citrus payment... Kindly refund as soon as possible

    I have done the sun direct top up for 100 using citrus pay upi, when i entered upi id, i got the link to pay the amount using citrus upi pay. After doing the transaction using that link, the amount got deducted in my bank account and transaction failed in citrus. I have transaction id as well.

        I have made a payment through icici bank debit card of rs, 10 to shine.com however rs.10, 000 has debited to my account on 2nd july 2019 at 4.36 pm. While checking with shine.com they said they have not received said payment and it is locked in gateway portal of citruspay. And they are asking for other confidential details which is illegal hence not parted. I request your office not to execute this payment to shine.com instead please refund it to my icici bank account for which you have details in your portals.

        Kindly reverse the entry into your portals so it will directly hit to my account without any further delay.

        Kindly refund the same to my account immediately.

            The amount got debited from my bank account, but in sundirect app they have not recieved the payment of Rs 900.

                Dear Sir/Madam,

                I recharged my Sun direct wallet by Rs. 200 through your gateway vide Google pay upi, the transaction shows successful in Google pay app where as amount has not reflected in my sun direct wallet, I contacted sun direct customer care they they couldn't held in this regard, hence I am forced to contact you.

                Kindly resolve issue ASAP.

                  On 8th June, I have ordered from zomato by payment from lazy pay.
                  Amount was Rs, .533
                  As the delivery was very late
                  Zomato have refunded the amount of Rs. 533 to my layaway account on 12th June.
                  Before that I have cleared all the payment to lazy pay.
                  So I had 533 excess amount in my account.
                  This I have confirmed b 4th talking to lazy pay customer care services
                  But now it shows that i have to pay Rs. 522.
                  Where that amount has to be adjusted in excess.

                    I recharged my sun direct DTH account with Rs.200 on 28.06.2019 through Google pay via citrus payment solutions. After 6 days my DTH account is neither recharged nor refunded to my account. I enclosed the screenshots of payment references.

                        On 1/7/2019 evening around 6. Pm our customer got fake call asking our customer for otp for blocking his old un used cards.in good faith our customer provided the otp. After the call he got the message of account debit.

                        Please note that all transactions processed through the Citrus payment gateway are processed with a Two-factor authentication mechanism. Please note that the mentioned transaction/s were processed only after the 2nd-factor confirmation like OTP/PIN/Online password from the customer’s end. Also, there is very less probability of stopping/reversing such transactions. Never share your card number, CVV, PIN, OTP, Internet Banking User ID & Password with anyone via any means. Sharing these details can lead to unauthorized access to your account and Citrus will not be liable for any loss arising due to any such unauthorized transaction/s.

                        In this unforeseen situation if you need the details of the transaction/s or want this to be investigated further, please raise your query to your bank that has issued your Credit card/Debit card /Savings Bank. Your Bank shall facilitate you on the further process.

                          I've deposited 500 rupees in my kotak account on 30th june after completing the full kyc through the link i've got from kotak mahindra bank and money is deducted from other bank but i didn't get confirmation from kotak bank. Please note that the mentioned transaction/s were processed only after a 2nd-factor confirmation like OTP/PIN/Online password from the customer’s end. Also, there is very less probability of stopping/reversing such transactions. Never share your card number, CVV, PIN, OTP, Internet Banking User ID & Password with anyone via any means.                                       The money has been deducted from my bank account, but the citrus pay site showed payment failure and my order on the zara app, which uses citrus payment as its upi partner, has not been confirmed. It is extremely hard to get in contact with the customer service as the website had convoluted menus. I want my money back or the payment processed, as at this point it is plain robbery on the part of citrus payments. Highly disappointed and annoyed.

                                        This incident happened on june 28, 2019 at 10:30 am ist
                                        Client: mrs. Sitalakshmi rengarajan, mobile # [protected], chennai, india
                                        Mrs. Sitalakshmi rengarajan was called on her cell phone by a person calling himself as an employee of state bank of india, asking her for the debit card details, pretending that her card number has expired and new card will be issued. She gave the details assuming he was calling from the bank. Later within few minutes, two transactions / withdrawals occurred in the amount of inr rs. 30, 000.00 and rs. 19, 999.00.

                                        The bank was contacted and the card is locked.
                                        Please do the immediate needful to stop this transaction via citruspay kotak
