Amount debited in my bank account but the amount is not credited to sundirect account till now. (My bank account details

    I booked for domestic gas cylinder refill using Ezy सुविधा app.on 15th June 2019 and I also paid for the refill Rs.722.63 using citrusp*pushpam link on that app.The said amount was deducted from my account but it is not credited to pushpam. I don't understand the matter. I searched for their customer care no.I found it online but the same no is not working. I dialled this no.a number of times but I failed to contact them. Please register my complaint as early as possible and please refund my amount.

CHRISTIAN, Payment of Rs.706.50 has been success fully received against your order,[protected]. Ref no. #[protected].) But when delivery boy came from shubh laxmi inden with cash memo no.[protected]. that time I told him that I made payment by online than he ask shubh laxmi inden and they say there is not show online payment on their portal. So I paid cash against reffile. but still i have not received refund so please refund my amt. as early as possible

          I have made a payment on 1st june of 35500/- via icici bank debit card on go air airline website. Payment deducted from my account and credited to go air on 1st june -2019 but go air said that amount has been reversely charged by citrus pay on 20th june. Bank said they have not received refund from citrus pay so they are not refunding me the amount. Kindly refund the amount to bank so that i can get my refund. It has been 50 days already since i have made payment. Request u to solve this issue. I am attaching the file for the same for payment deducted from my bank account.

                          Please note that all transactions processed through Citrus payment gateway are processed with a Two-factor authentication mechanism. Please note that the mentioned transaction/s were processed only after a 2nd-factor confirmation like OTP/PIN/Online password from the customer’s end. Also, there is very less probability of stopping/reversing such transactions. Never share your card number, CVV, PIN, OTP, Internet Banking User ID & Password with anyone via any means. Sharing these details can lead to unauthorized access to your account and Citrus will not be liable for any loss arising due to any such unauthorized transaction/s.

                          In this unforeseen situation if you need the details of the transaction/s or want this to be investigated further, please raise your query to your bank that has issued you Credit card/Debit card /Savings Bank. Your Bank shall facilitate you on the further process.

                            The transaction got completed rs 730.71
                            Deducted from my bank acc. But the payment not
                            Reached to the hp lpg authority
                            Please help refund my amount my account

                            Yesterday i transfer 1000 to my kotak bank by your gateway because kotak bank send me a link for transfer the money.i tranfer that money by my pnb debit card.the money has been deducted but not came to my kotak bank and transaction id is INV9bD23e6B97A9 status shown is sucess

                              I have recharged a subscription pack of sundirect ₹229 on[07/07/2019] through sun direct apk.. The money has been deducted from my account by citrus solution pvt ltd as the gateway of sundirect for transcation. But the money is not reached to the sundirect till now. I am attaching a screen shot for your reference. Please do necessary action as early as possible.

                                    Amount got debited on 2nd July 2019 with the following ids OTHPG 262446, OTHPG 263566. Two payments of each 24999 got deducted.
