    I paid the amount rs.742 via the above link and got the successful transaction message. But when the gas delivery came the distributor denied for the online payment received confirmation. However, the amount is deducted from the bank. Please help me in refunding it. If this is the case i will never dare to do online payments.

      I have made a purchase of McAfee antivirus thru Citrus payment mode and paid thru HDFC bank on 02.06.2019 and as soon as I gave the pin the amount has been deducted from my account and I received the message and the screen didnt move further to Citrus for for completing the transaction. Since I require the softward for my laptop I once again made the payment of Rs.999/- from HDFC bank. I even talked to bank customer care and sent them mail regarding failed transaction. Now they have confirmed that the payment has been successful and credited to the merchant. Now I request you to check at your end and arrange to credit the payment to my bank account at the earliest.
      I am attaching herewith screen shot of the conversation I had with the bank for your ready reference and doing the needful.

        CITRUS must immediately cancel the txn from their end, so that the money is reverted. Additionally, CITRUS should help identify the miscreants, so that fellow citizens do not fall prey to similar incidents.

        Please note that all transactions processed through PayU payment gateway are processed with a Two-factor authentication mechanism. Please note that the mentioned transaction/s were processed only after a 2nd-factor confirmation like OTP/PIN/Online password from the customer’s end. Also, there is very less probability of stopping/reversing such transactions.  Never share your card number, CVV, PIN, OTP, Internet Banking User ID & Password with anyone via any means.  Sharing these details can lead to unauthorized access to your account and PayU will not be liable for any loss arising due to any such unauthorized transaction/s.

        In this unforeseen situation if you need the details of the transaction/s or want this to be investigated further, please raise your query to your bank that has issued you Credit card/Debit card /Savings Bank. Your Bank shall facilitate you on the further process.

                I had made a payment/recharge to SunDirect via UPI(PhonePe app) on 13 jun 2019. The amount is Rs. 399. The transaction was successful & the amount was debited from my account. Citrus solution pvt ltd is the gateway of sundirect for transcation. But Sun Direct denies of the amount being credited to their account. I'm attaching a photo of the transaction details.                           I am done my sundirect recharge through my.sundirect.in site on 12th June 2019. When I clicked on recharge it was redirected to citrus payment gateway. In that I selected payment type as phonepay and the transaction was successful in phonepe app and amount was debited from my account. But citrus payment gateway page expired after some time and my sundirect recharge was not done. When I contacted phonePe guys they said that the amount was credited to merchant, but the sundirect guys said that they didn't received payment.

                          Please help me to resolve this issue and get my money credited back into my account as soon as possible.

So, I provided them with the details and later I shockingly found that Rs49875 has been transacted from my account using this citruspay. I have informed the police and filed a complaint. I need help from you. I need you to find whose citruspay account has been credited with Rs49875 which had been debited from my account.I request this problem to be solved and credit back my money.

Please note that the mentioned transaction/s were processed only after the 2nd-factor confirmation like OTP/PIN/Online password from the customer’s end. Also, there is very less probability of stopping/reversing such transactions. Never share your card number, CVV, PIN, OTP, Internet Banking User ID & Password with anyone via any means.
