I have recharged a subscription pack of sundirect ₹210 on through sun direct.in. The money has been deducted from my account by citrus solution pvt ltd as the gateway of sundirect for transcation. But the money is not reached to the sundirect till now. I am attaching a screen shot for your reference. Please do necessary action to get my sundirect get recharged as early as possible.

      On 06jun2019 around 16:04pm i got a call in my mobile number and he told me that my sbi debit has been blocked already and introduced himself as sbi branch manager. Then he asked for my sbi debit card number. Previously i had given a complaint in sbi for recovery of my 5000 rupees money which was deducted in 31 may 2019 and still now the issue is not resolved. I thought the call was from sbi regarding recovery of my money. Then suddenly at 16:20p.M. A message of deduction of rupees 29999.00 came to my mobile number from your citrus payment solutions kotak mumbai by debit card - othpg680683 transaction for some online product or service purchase. But actually i have not purchased anything using your payment method. Kindly cancel this transaction quickly and revert the amount of 29999 rupees back to my account and do not deliver the product or service ordered by that fraudster. I have already given a police complaint and blocked my sbi debit card also. Kindly sir help me to get back my labourios money. Kindly respond to my problem and take necessary steps for my money recovery. That sbi atm used for transaction now already blocked so kindly tell me how to get back the money in my sbi account? through netbanking or in what is the procedure kindly let me know? i am waiting for your response and i am feeling helpless now. Please sir help me for recovery of my money.

                          I have done the payment of rs. 2779 (Kannada base pack for 1 year) from my sun direct app via their upi mode through my phonepe
                          The amount is credited to upi id [protected]@axisbank.

                          Amount debited from my bank account, but recharge not done. I called so many times to sun direct customer care but the problem still pending.
