sun direct payment failed but upi payment successful

I have recharged a subscription pack of sundirect ₹210 on through sun direct.in. The money has been deducted from my account by citrus solution pvt ltd as the gateway of sundirect for transcation. But the money is not reached to the sundirect till now. I am attaching a screen shot for your reference. Please do necessary action to get my sundirect get recharged as early as possible....

I state that i narinder singh hoding a hdfc account (A/c no [protected]). I was doing air ticket booking in udchalo site on 07 may 19. But due to network issue (In andoman) my transaction was unsuccessful in gateway. My total amount is rs 6424.00 with transaction id.[protected] has been deducted from my account ([protected]) through citruseazypay.
I therefore requested that my deducted balance may be refund...
