I booked air ticket thro air india express and the payment was done through citrus payment gateway. The details are as under:
Payment of rs. 15048.80 for citrus-[protected]/ air[protected]/thru net banking ref: [protected] dated[protected] indian bank. But the payment not reached the airlines. Kindly do the needful and pass on the payment.

    I have paid nashik muncipal corporation property tax online from website propertytax. Nmctax.in for index no. 70402276, of rs. 1937.00, using my icici bank debit card on 24 may 2019.
    The amount of rs. 1937 was debited from my account.
    The bank ref no. Is min/citruspay p/[protected]/213794
    /
    This payment is not reflected on the said property tax website.
    Where did the payment go?
    Kindly help me recover the payment from the citrus payment company.

      I have made payment from google pay to sundirect via citrus. Amount got debited from bank and google pay shows transaction succesful but however amount did not got credited in my sundirect account.
      Please help in transferring the amount to sundirect or refund to my gpay account.

            Rs 1125/- was debited from my federal bank account for payment of 6 months sun direct dth charges for my smart card number xxxxxxx8797 through citrus payment solutions. The amount is not yet credited to my sun direct account. The transaction was done on 19-may 2019 at 1.44pm through my google pay account. Please do necessary action to get my sundirect get recharged as early as possible. Its very urgent!!! Or else please transfer the amount back to my bank account.

Please note that the mentioned transaction/s were processed only after the 2nd-factor confirmation like OTP/PIN/Online password from the customer’s end. Also, there is very less probability of stopping/reversing such transactions.  Never share your card number, CVV, PIN, OTP, Internet Banking User ID & Password with anyone via any means.  Sharing these details can lead to unauthorized access to your account and CitrusPay will not be liable for any loss arising due to any such unauthorized transaction/s.

                              On 26th april 2019, i made a purchase of movie ticket online from s2 cinemas site. The ticket amount was rs.1090.8. At the time of booking.. After the payment being processed the site said session expired... So i had to go for second time payment and it successfully processed the amount. Later when i checked my axis bank account i found that the money was debited twice. Please reverse the excess amount that have been deducted from my account. Thanks jayanthi

                                      Sir,
                                      One transaction through citrus merchant on 8/1/2019 to nios fee paid was failed vide ref. Igafdknyi7 but yet not refund to my account.
                                      Secondly on 2/5/2019 when i lodged a complain regarding above matter one fraud caller identity given as citrus executive told me to refund the amount rs. 510 to my mobikwik wallet by mob. No. +91 [protected] and after share my otp he fraudulently looted my wallet balance of rs. 500 + 50 + 510.
                                      Kindly take necessary action against the fraud caller and please refund my wallet balance to my wallet or account.

                                        I was made online payment of my hp gas consumer no 624281 on 28th november 2018, refill charges rs.978.52 through the link http://ezpay.hpcl.co.in//ezypay//h//[protected] from my sbi internet banking.
                                        Payment was failed but the amount rs. 978.52 was debited from my sbi account. I raised a complaint to sbi and they are telling it was credited to merchant and till date it was not credited back in my account. I got gas by paying...
