Yesterday i have done a upi transaction of rs.1343 for hathway broadband through citruspay gateway. The problem is the money has been debited from my account but the payment was not successful with hathway and i dint get payment receipt too. I've deposited rupees (Transaction id INV0054c7f270)in mu kotak account after completing the full kyc through the link i've got from kotak mahindra bank and money is deducted from other bank but i didn't get confirmation from kotak bank. I recharged bhavya jain's cept smart card account with rs.3000/- on 18/04/2019. My pnb account was debitted under reference citrus pa/[protected]/[protected]/bhavya by rs.3012/- but no money received in beneficiary's account.
