Yesterday i have done a upi transaction of rs.1343 for hathway broadband through citruspay gateway. The problem is the money has been debited from my account but the payment was not successful with hathway and i dint get payment receipt too. So kindly update me the status and do the needful in refunding my money.

    I had completed my payment of rs.5000 for opening a savings account in kotak mahindra bank through debit card payment powered by citrus payment at online on 01.05.19. The transaction status is also success. But still now i have not recieved that amount in my account. Please help me. My transaction id is s3279453 and reference no[protected]. My debit card first 6 digit 608032 and last 4 digit 7425 please give me the solution. Im in need of money
    Please do credit my 5000 rupees my kotak account.

        I recharged sun direct using sun direct app... But transaction is made by citrus solution amount also deducted but recharge is not done... I am very upseted because now i lost 265 rupees of amount due... Online recharge... I can provide transaction i'd also... Plz reply fast...                               Using 'my ghmc' app, i paid property tax to ghmc thru citrus pay for the year 2018-19 an amount of rs. 2041 on 22/04/2019 using my axis internet banking.
                              Transaction details are as follows

                              Please find the scanned copy of bank statement as attachment indicating the amount debited.

                              Till now, it is not credited to ghmc.

                              I, therefore, request you to look into the matter and inform me the details of transaction so as to settle the issue with ghmc. If the same is already credited to ghmc, please forward me those details. If not, credit now ghmc under intimation to me.

                              I just logged complaint to consumer complaints.in with same instructions mentioned on site and mail was forwarded by them to citrus payment solutions and same amount was credited back in my bank account
                              I recharge 211 rs in the beginning of recharge completion means channel are in starting position of sun DTH it's not recharged it's very hopeless company sundirect and citrus

                                Dear sir,
                                I made an online payment to rgtu consumer code: raji[protected] and the payment was cut from my account for rs 1500 and the payment id: [protected] and
                                Bill reference information: [protected] date on 17 april.
                                The amount is not reached at beneficiary and a receipt is not generated where as i got a message from icici saying amount got deducted from my account.
                                Request to please refund amount in my account.
