Dear sir,
I have done transaction for my sun direct account Rs.154 through google pay
from my HDFC bank account.
Transaction ID[protected]
On - 15 april 2019, 10.11 am
today is 3rd day of transaction.
more channels are missing and i have to add this amount in to my dth account. i have contacted sun direct customer care and as per their system they said within 3 hrs the amount should reflect in to account, but you says to wait 3 days. its very cruel. in future i will not use this citrus for transaction and i will not suggest any body if this problem not resolved as soon as possible
So please do the needful as soon as possible. its an emergency.

    Dear sir,
    I made an online payment to nashik municipal corporation house tax online and the payment was cut from my acccount for rs 2138 and the transaction id is igafyfbyf3 at 11.05 hrs today on 17 april.
    The amount is not showing to be credited in nmc hose tax account and a receipt is not generated where as i got a message from sbi saying amount got deducted from my account.

      Hi,

      I made a payment to ghmc regards to my property tax via ghmc app. The app used citrus gateway and the payment was made using google pay. The payment went through sucessfully from google pay but did not reach ghmc and i did not receive any receipt too. The uip transaction id is[protected]. Can the payment be reverted and refunded to passed to ghmc so that i get my property tax payment receipt.

        I have done recharge for 210/- (malayalam DPO 1 pack) for SUN DIRECT through its website. The payment was done from GOOGLE pay through the sun direct website on 11/04/2019.
        I have contacted google pay and they have confirmed the payment done. But the recharge pack is not activated. I request to refund back the money as soon as possible.

          As i paid 554 recharge for my sundirect through citrus pay solution on12 april 19 but till now it is not processed. Those two days im struggling a lot to get my recharge and kindly tell me the reason why it was taking too long to process. If my recharge is not done means please refund my amount. So kindly solve this problem as soon as possible and here i attached my transaction detail below.

              I brought an item from Zara from Zara app and the payment method I chose was google pay then I did payment of rs 1290.it shows success and the money was deducted from my account. Then I visited Zara website to check my status it shows the payment was not successful as from my side i did as per their guidelines then I called Zara helpline they refused they got any payment regarding my purchase but my payment was successful to (citrus solutions pvt ltd) and I can’t contact citrus company kindly refund as I have all the details of my transaction. I am student. Kindly refund.

                I have recharged my sun direct dth with rs 591 on 12 april 2019 through citrus pay from upi of phone pe app the transaction is successful but the plan was not activated and the dth balance was not updated and the amount has been deducted from my account

                    On 6th april, I was making a transaction on Zara website via Citrus payment solutions through my BHIM UPI. The transaction failed but money was debited.

                      Sunday morning 7thh april at 9.30 am recharged my dth package for rupees 230 through google pay.in google pay status is showing as successful payment and money has been detected from my account also. Showing as citrus solutions also received the same and pack has been purchased. But still now the package is not activated it's already 4days completed. Check this issue asap. Or need to escalate the same. Do a refund or activate the pack need a result today itself. For your reference attached the screenshot. Kindly provide the solution

This is Anand Gaikwad from Badlapur & My Consumer number is 605705.I have been booked cylinder from HP gas (Booking no.545817)on 3rd April 19 & paid 680.36 rupees on received link from HP pay mantra. Payment has been successfully completed on Citrus payment solution through my UPI (Payphone) immediately. Post payment from Payphone i have received paid Trans.ID P1904031059563599593880 from Axis Bank.
                                      However on 5th April 19 while received the cylinder delivery the person from HP gas agency stating that, they are not received online payment in their account and we have to pay them in cash. Without cash they are not able to delivered it. So we have paid again in cash as we don't have any option.Also Citrus Payment solution customer number is not responding at all. Request you please refund my money as i had paid 2 times.

                                        • Transaction date along with the amount.
                                        • Email id or phone number used for processing the transaction.
                                        • First 6 and last 4 digits of your card.
                                        • UPI / VPA if any used
