This is to inform you that my yes bank accounts xxxxxxxxxxx5429 have been hacked by some one and fraudulence transactions have been done since 02.04.2019 and the amounts 19999 have been transferred in citruspay mumbai account (Pca:[protected]:[protected]. Therefore i humbly request you to please reverse the transactions which were made from my account immediately.

    On 2 april 2019 i made a transaction for through goggle pay and transaction details upi[protected] transaction details, i recharged for $333 for sundirect dth, the amount is debited from my bank but it is not transferred to sundirect. Till now it it is not recharged please check and do the needful, if it is not credited to sundirect, pls credit back to my account

      Have recharged a subscription pack of sundirect, ₹ 210 through sun direct apk.. The money has been deducted fro my account by citrus solution pvt ltd as the gateway of sundirect for transcation. But the money is not reached to the sundirect till now. I am attaching a screen shot for your reference. Please do necessary action to get my sundirect get recharged as early as possible

        I have done a online transaction through citrus gateway for paying my bajaj life insurance premium, while completing the payment my money got deducted from my account and got a message that transaction failed. I checked my account which showed that the money has been deducted. Am hereby attaching the citrus transaction details below. Please do the needful as tomorrow is the premium date.

            On 20th march, transaction of 2990 rupees from a/c ending 8711 had been made to citrus payment solutions. And i am unaware of this action. I had recently done online payment and it had been transacted afterwards. Message did arrive but at that moment i thought it was regarding the purchase and didn't bothered to look.                       On 8th june 2018 i paid amount of 5273 inr even transaction was successful though booking was failed. I hv sent bank statement too. I called several times regarding this hv been told that it's break time going on or the person is not available to provide required information. So i didn't get refund yetfrom bank they hv checked regarding my transaction n told that it has deducted from my account n tranfered to the account of cytrus payment solution. H can i get it back.                               I transferred money to sakthi travels (Citrus payment solutions) using my paytm account. The amount is paid succesfully to citrus payment solutions and i got the reference number and is attached herewith. But the status of the transfer is shown 'failed' to sakthi travels. Kindly resolve the complaint and please refund my money. Expecting your response at the earliest...

                                I have recharged a subscription pack of sundirect ₹235 on[protected] through sun direct apk.. The money has been deducted fro my account by citrus solution pvt ltd as the gateway of sundirect for transcation. But the money is not reached to the sundirect till now. I am attaching a screen shot for your reference. Please do necessary action to get my sundirect get recharged as early as possible

                                  All transactions processed through citrus payment gateway are processed with a two-factor authentication mechanism. Also, there is very less probability of stopping/reversing such transactions. Never share your card number, CVV, PIN, OTP, Internet Banking User ID & Password with anyone via any means. Sharing these details can lead to unauthorized access to your account and Citrus will not be liable for any loss arising due to any such unauthorized transaction/s.

                                  In this unforeseen situation if you need the details of the transaction/s or want this to be investigated further, please raise your query to your bank that has issued your Credit card/Debit card /Savings Bank. Your Bank shall facilitate you in the dispute process.

                                  We appreciate your understanding with regards to this matter.

                                    Got a call from a person telling he is from sbi bank and he informed me that smart card needs to be dispatched and so we need to confirm your card details. He got the card details and he told he needed an otp confirmation. As we trusted that he is form sbi bank we told the otp and the found that he has cheated us the money. Money was deducted as rs.19999, rs.19999, rs.9999, rs.9999
                                    Please help to resolve it.
