        I made hp gas booking on 23/12/2018 after that i was provided with link for online payment i selected it and was redirected paymantra after that to citrus for online payment so i made payment on citrus using upi as payment mode my transaction was successful even money was debited from bank account but when today delivery person came to deliver gas he told me that i have to pay cash as my payment was not received in their system so i want to ask citrus team that how is that possible that merchant did not received payment as my transaction was clear providing you with transaction id to look further in the matter and refund my money to source account.

              Dear sir,

              Today on 17.12.18 i did a transaction of rs 3450 for job purpose. Times 2 jobs.com representative mr debraj called me an said that my resume has been selected for samsung an philips. Just i have to pay the amount. I repeatly asked him that is there anything else payment i have to pay he said nothing i have to pay again. After my registration complete still he transfer another representative for documentaction purpose. The representative again demand 8000 rs plus gst for the same. Then i found it's seems totally cheating process.

              My humble request to get back my money as soon as possible.

                On october 20, 2018 i received following alert message from citibank:

                '"rs.3499.00 spent on card xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx on 20- oct - 18 at citruspay mcafee was processed without pin/opt as prescribed by rbi. Available balance limit is rs xxxxxxx"
                I was shocked on above message alert as i never expected my few decade old trusted citibank card will cheat me by paying some third party without my consent. Hence i presumed that it might have a fraud transaction, and i tried to contact citibank as well as you through email/web - contact etc., but there was no result. Since i am in usa on a visit at present contacting on phone was not possible. Even i mailed to you (Citrus) questioning your authority of drawing my money without my consent. However there was no response from both of you instead citibank sent me their monthly statement including above fraud amount. Now, i realized that this is a possible fraud jointly operated by citibank and citrus. You may be multi million turnover company but you have no authority to steal my single paisa without my consent or rbi got an authority to allow to steel my money by an non concerned party.
                I therefore request you to kindly return the above illegal payment to my bank as i already paid to citibank the above amount so as to avoid their fund collector at my door. I already complained through this platform my desire to cancel my citibank card as i lost my trust on them.
                I also request you to not phone me as i am having a roaming mobile number and i do not want to waste another dough on this issue. However you may write to me in my email: [protected]@hotmail.com

                Please note that all transactions processed through Citrus payment gateway are processed with a Two-factor authentication mechanism. Please note that the mentioned transaction/s were processed only after a 2nd-factor confirmation like OTP/PIN/Online password from the customer’s end. Also, there is very less probability of stopping/reversing such transactions. Never share your card number, CVV, PIN, OTP, Internet Banking User ID & Password with anyone via any means. Sharing these details can lead to unauthorized access to your account and PayU will not be liable for any loss arising due to any such unauthorized transaction/s.

                In this unforeseen situation if you need the details of the transaction/s or want this to be investigated further, please raise your query to your bank that has issued you Credit card/Debit card /Savings Bank. Your Bank shall facilitate you on the further process.

                I re quote the following message received from Citibank which you ignored while proving your honesty:
                "Rs.3499.00 spent on card xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx ON 20- OCT- 18 at CITRUSPAY MCAFEE was processed without PIN/OPT as prescribed by RBI. Available balance limit is Rs xxxxxxx"
                Since my bank did not give any reason for above transaction, your claim of two factor authentication is a false statement as per above message. More over I do not know the reason for collecting fund from me or you had any correspondence with me in this connection. I have proof of the above Citibank message and may claim my damages and suffering I had both from you and Citibank.
                Surprisingly where is the payment you collected from me? When I try to log on to your website it is not allowing to log as I am in USA and reasoning of server privacy???? . Any way I will not allow you to use this amount as a donation from me but definitely collect with interest and other damages even I have to go legal process for this small amount.

I spoke to airtel customer care that i have made the payment and send me the receipt for confirmation of payment but, airtel customer care told that payment has not received & still pending.                                 Hi,
                                My relative is admitted in appolo hospital kolkata & i want to pay his bill through the appolo hospital website.in the website of hospital there is an option “pay online”.
                                After filling all the required details i am getting the payment getaways option of citrus. When i am putting the card details than it’s showing in process but lately i’m getting the message that payment unsuccessful please try later.
                                I already contacted my bank but the payment is not approaching to them.
                                Please look into the matter & do the needful.

                                  I have done a airtel data card payment on 9th nov 2018 of rs. 203 by internet banking. I have mailed to airtel customer that i have made the payment and send me the receipt for confirmation of payment but, airtel customer care called me & informed that payment has not received & still pending. They have informed that payment has not cleared by merchant. So please check wether the payment has been cleared from your end or not and if it is cleared then please send the confirmation.

                                  Kindly check on this and do the needful on priority.
