Merchant account[protected] escalation[protected]

We are a merchant that signed-up on citrus pay in may, 2018. Since august 2nd, our buyers have been paying via citrus pay gateway.

These funds have however not been credited to our bank account. Despite having over 15 correspondences with citruspay (See below) and despite providing them will all information, they have been holding our payments back.

We have escalated our issue to the escalation team ([protected]@payu.in) and to the nodal officer ([protected]@payu.in).

Please could you revert back urgently:
The website has been live for quite some time and customers have been accessing this website and have paid for goods using the citrus payment gateway. More than inr 11, 000 are in the citrus account now. And i need citrus release these funds so that i can pay my vendors. The delay is impacting my business and my relationship with my vendors.

I am not sure why your team is unable to access this website https://antarkrantishop.org when user/customers across india have been.

its now been a week and we are still awaiting your confirmation that no
further documents are needed. We signed up with cirtus pay (Payment
gateway
offered on wix)* end of may* and we got an email from citrus pay
confirming that our account had been opened successfully. At that point
we
were not informed about any missing documents.

our payments have been held up by citrus pay and we are containing our
marketing until existing payments are released. This is impacting our
business adversely.

our company has been a client with cc avenues for past two years. The
service that cc avenue has been providing is great - they have a
dedicated
helpline where clients/merchants can call on issues.
however, because we are migrating our e-commerce platform to wix, we
have
had to sign up for citrus pay (Wix does not offer cc avenue payment
gateway).

we hope that we will get good service with citrus pay. Unfortunately, it
seems that citrus pay does not have a dedicated helpline which makes
resolution of issues more cumbersome.

we look forward to a quick resolution and to migrating our other
businesses to wix / citrus pay.

    Please help us to release our matured money from citrus check inns by selling whatever assets they have. Do not wait till run away like mallya or chokshi or nirav/lalit modi. Sc with sebi and govt with the blessings of god can refund our money immediately or do we need to wait till we die??? In dreams we cry my citrus money and we get up and loose the sleep. Till how many days? Please help us and clear our dues immediately. Some old guys are going to die soon due to tension and worry. It is better to see our money before we die.

      Dear sir, i have invested rs.50, 000/- in 2012 for six years which was matured in july 2018. Till now no news of refunding the money. Sc must advise sebi to sell all assets of citrus guys and their agents and refund our money immediately. Govt must take quick action and stop our head ache and hyper tension. We feel like to smash our agents face which is very bad and we do not get the money. Only govt can help us to cool down by refunding our money. Sebi with sc and govt should interfere immediately before some body may use kitchen knife to teach the agents a good lesson.

        On 28th sept 2018 around 2:00 pm, i have made a ticket booking transaction of inr 25, 080/- on jet airways website (Pay online service) using my axis bank net banking. The transaction reference no. Is inb/[protected]/citrus payment solutions. The amount of inr 25, 080/- has been debited from my axis bank account and the booking showed failed.
        Please do the needful to refund amount inr 25, 080/- on a priority basis to my debited account.

                  I made a payment of rs.2, 000/- for opening a savings account in kotak mahindra bank through pnb net banking payment service provider by citrus payment gateways at online on 12.9.2018. The transaction no. (Citrus pa/[protected]/[protected]/new account) status is also successfull and rs. 2, 000/- debited from pnb account. But still now (14sep. 2018) i have not recieved that amount in my new kotak mahindra bank account. Kindly, please resolve my issue

                  I have't received any help or reply from Citrus company, I had talk and argue with kotak customer care for my money. I think kotak mahindra bank and citrus gateways, both are done delayed payment for earn some interest on customer's money. After sending the mail to Citrus Company and talk with Kotak Bank, Now I have received my money. I requesting you to all the customers, beaware and fight with them for your money.

                        I made a mcafee renewal payment using my icici bank debit card ending 0817 on 27th august. The amount was debited from my account but the transaction failed. The reference i have for this is vin/citruspay m/[protected]/0.

                            As per the message received by HP Gas to make payment online

                            to pay the refill. I made the payment on Date: 9/9/2018 11:49:41 AM and Paymantra: Transaction No:[protected] the transaction was successful

                            I paid the amount Rs.820.50 via the above link and got the successful transaction message. But when the Gas delivery came the distributor denied for the online payment received confirmation. However, the amount is deducted from the bank. Please help me in refunding it. If this is the case I will never dare to do online payments.

                              I have paid rs 5999/- on “My Airtel” app to upgrade the digital tv package through Citrus payment solutions. Money is debited from the account but airtel doesn’t show that money has been paid.
                              It may have gone to wrong account. Is it possible to trace the transaction and revert the transaction? Please find attached the transaction details.Thanks

                                      On 18th i have recharged rs. 98/- to my airtel no. [protected] through my icici bank account from another airtel no.[protected]. This amount has not been effected till now. Icici bank has deducted the amount and they said i have to contact you only for this. Airtel confirmation that they have not got this amount.

                                      For urgency this was done and now that the purpose has not been serviced. Hence can you kindly arrange to refund the amount to my icici account no.[protected].

Do not share it with anyone. Rs. 816.13 was spent on your atm card no. Ending xxxx1575 citrusp*pushpam on 02-sep-2018. A/c no xxxx0210 bal is rs. 939.88 cr and avl bal is rs. 939.88.
