Dear citrus team,

I have submitted my grievance with case number 03804682 to alliances. [protected]@payu.com

I have created a website called through wix ecommerce platform. On[protected], i had submitted all the required documents on panel and via email too. I have also updated all policies on the website. But still i have got no response from the team and the payment page is still not activated. Customers are unable to make payments.

Request to please respond to my problem as i have been on this issue everyday but i am not getting any response also. I do not know what is wrong or if something is required from my end.
Request to please verify and activate my account.

Air india informed me that 'payment was declined"and so the ticket was not issued.           Please note that all transactions processed through our payment gateway are processed with a Two-factor authentication mechanism. Please note that the mentioned transaction/s were processed only after a 2nd-factor confirmation like OTP/PIN/Online password from the customer’s end. Also, there is very less probability of stopping/reversing such transactions. Never share your card number, CVV, PIN, OTP, Internet Banking User ID & Password with anyone via any means. Sharing these details can lead to unauthorized access to your account and PayU will not be liable for any loss arising due to any such unauthorized transaction/s.

          In this unforeseen situation if you need the details of the transaction/s or want this to be investigated further, please raise your query to your bank that has issued you Credit card/Debit card /Savings Bank. Your Bank shall facilitate you on the further process.

            Hello,

            I'm Manohara J from Kolar, karnataka state. I would like to give a complaint regarding the online payment transaction for HP gas booking.

            Actually my complaint is, I was book the HP gas cylinder on[protected], around 7.35am, with booking reference No is: 539148, and bill was INR 838.17.
            I did this bill payment through online using the link as follows: http://ezpay.hpcl.co.in//ezypay//h//[protected].

            I paid the amount 838.17 Rs on the
            Date:[protected], at 12.49.35pm, in paymantra site, with transaction No was:[protected]

            But even though I paid the bill, agency was not delivered the gas cylinder to my home, because he said that " we still did not receive the money from the hp office" .
            So I raised the complaint regarding this issue in the HP office. And in between the dates due to emergency need, I got the cylinder on[protected] by cash payment with INR836.50.

            So here i make out the point that, I paid the bill twice for a cylinder (one is through online mode, and another is through cash mode).

            After I got the cylinder, again i complained to HP Office to return my Online payment amount (838.17) to my bank, But HP care executive told that " Your online bill amount will be transfer to next deduction and in next booking Your Bill will be generated with INR 838.17 deduction, and you need pay only difference amount if that is more than 838.17".

            After many complaints I came into October, month, and as usually I booked the gas cylinder on[protected] in online (HP app) with book ref no was: [protected], bill generated with INR 896.19.

            But my actual complaint is, for this booking, as your executive said in the last month(Sepetember) online payment amount (838.17) is not yet deducted, & without that amount deduction the bill was generated (896.19). and i gave a complaint about this on[protected] for this issue..

            now they are telling is still HP office is not recieved my online transaction amount(838.17) which is done in th emonth of secp-07-2019. and they suggested me to contact the Pay mantra Care Executive, they will help you and share your problem with tham and share required details/attachments to them like that, So only I'm writing a complaint to you.

            At the same time I took confirmation from my bank, as they said, " amount already drawn from Merchant from your account for that transaction on 7-9-2018, @12.48pm.

            Plz help me, to get sovle this problem.
            I hope my problem will solve very shortly in your special care.

              Hie,

              This is sajid khan. On 5/11/2018 my father got a call from unknown no. Stating that the debit card is about to expire and needs to be renewed and in that conversation unfortunate my father shared the otp details.
              Soon after there was a debit of rs. 49, 999/- from my fathers account, several tries were done after that but was not successfull due to insufficient balance.
              I have complained in mumbra police station as well as cyber cell in kanjurmarg. Also i mailed to citrus company with all the fir copy and transaction details, but did not get any reply from them.
              While talking with bank officials they informed us the money can be reverted if it is still there in the citrus wallet but no immediate action is being taken about that.

                  I have made payment to hp gas refill on 22nd oct 18 rs 931/- through ezygas payment is made from phonepe app from icici bank utr no[protected] against cash memo number 1086702 on the same day. Payment is made to citrus solution by the bank and debited from my account but is not paid to hp gas dealer m/s gandhi gas on my consumer no 643354. I sent a complaint to citrus solution on 24th oct but there is no reply even i did not get automatic mail reply what the site claims.

                    My hp gas payment was successful money debited from my account but not received by my dealer and there is no customer care number for fast resolution of problem online is meant to save time but paymantra failed in this aspect again I was forced to pay money by the dealer by hand ... And they suggested not to do online again it's almost 5 days still payment not received by merchant . I don't know with out proper testing why these new features are introduced making to impact our mental health conditions so kindly please refund back my money I have learned a very good lesson

                      My citrus check inns certificate is already matured in july 2018 july but no news of maturity refund or payment. Sc must take immediate action to arrest those who are involved before they run out of country like mallya or chokshi or nirav/lalit modi.                           I made a ticket booking on 4th October 2018, I booked 10 tickets for amount of RS 2438.19 It has been debited from my HDFC account, but I don't receive the ticket. I checked with the bank & they clearly said that the amount been credited to the merchant(your account)so please refund my money ASAP.I tried out calling your customer care no response .Kindly provide with a customer care number & refund the amount

                            Dear sir/madam,

                            Kindly note that i recharged an airtel prepaid mobile number through axis bank netbanking amounting rupees 448/- with transaction detail inb/[protected]/citrus payment solutions p but by mistake i reacharged a wrong number where 1 digit was wrongly feeded. The correct number was [protected] but i feeded a wrong number [protected] which has recharged some other user's mobile number.

                            Hence may i request you if you can reverse the payment and recredit the amount into my axis bank account [protected] with ifsc code utib0000156 under the name of manoj kumar saini.

                                The following recharges were made to my air tel dth id reference [protected] from my hdfc bank ac

                                On[protected] rs.200 no confirmation received but shown transaction successful

                                On[protected] rs.5990/- status shown, transaction declined, but the amount of rs.5, 990/- has been debited to my account. I contacted the bank and was advised to get the confirmation from your side for non receipt of this amount.
