Dear sir,
On 17aug18, i made a payment to aritel prepaid sim using my airtel app.
My airtel mobile number: [protected]
I am in overseas and mobile is switched off. You can only email me.
I made a top up from my icici account to airtel. I got a confirmation.
- money is deducted from my account
- the credit is not showing up in airtel
Icici and airtel ask me to contact citrus pay.
I attached the following screen shots,
