It is very bad upi app. So i am today transfer hdfc debit card to kotak mahindra bank my amount has deducted and i am not received any amount so i am going nearest bank hdfc and kotak bank not any conclusions so i am complain this service banking ombusdment

I had recharged sun direct tv for the registered mobile number [protected] for rs 1014 on 3rd September at 3.20pm via BHIM app with the transaction id of[protected] to the UPI id of [protected]@axisbank. The said amout is deducted from my account but it is not recharged to sundirect account. Please do the needful as early as possible.

      Hi,

      On 11th august 2018, i had made a payment of rs.863.99 towards procurement of gas cylinder from hp gas (Sree manasa gas agency). Transaction details is [protected]-citruspushpam - cheque details[protected].

      Unfortunately the transaction was not completed, however my money got deducted. Waited till today expecting that the money will be reversed, but it is not done. Request you to do the needful

          Dear sir,
          On 17aug18, i made a payment to aritel prepaid sim using my airtel app.

          My airtel mobile number: [protected]
          I am in overseas and mobile is switched off. You can only email me.

          I made a top up from my icici account to airtel. I got a confirmation.
          - money is deducted from my account
          - the credit is not showing up in airtel

          Icici and airtel ask me to contact citrus pay.

          I attached the following screen shots,
          - payment confirmation from citrus pay
          - money deducted form my icici account.
          - also see the email below for the money deducted from my icici account.

          On 19/8/18 I have tried to recharge my sun dth account with Rs 1320 . I have done payment transaction money was debited from account later error has come and said recharge was unsuccess, still I have not received my money back. Kindly refund my money to my bank account.

                    I had transferred 1000 through citrus gateway and sending amount to kotak mahindra bank. Transferred the amount on[protected]. But it will not credited in my account and i made this payment using debit card. Now what to do how will i get my amount and when will. Is the payment company doing work like this, i need money in my account at some time and kotak bank said that it will be transferred to you after 2 days.

                    I have made a recharge of 5999 today for airtel DTH and payment was deducted but airtel has not received this. i need a solution at the earliest. this is a huge amount and airtel has not received this payment or neither showing in my account as credited back.

                      I made online payment of Rs. 765.75 for 2 times against Transaction Ids[protected] and[protected] against the payment of my airtel postpaid bill [protected]. I want to know the status of these payments i.e. whether both the payments will get credited into my airtel postpaid account or only 1 will get credited and other 1 will be reimbursed back to my bank account.

                            Some fraudsters stole my phone and opened citrus payment wallet with my credentials.
                            No has been done with it.
                            I have been pursuing citrus payment solutions to deactivate my account.
                            Email id associated with the wallet: [protected]@gmail.com
                            Mobile number: [protected]
                            They are not closing my citrus account. I request citrus payment solutions to close my account today itself.

                            We would like to inform you that, the mobile number [protected] is linked and verified with the email id "[protected]@grofers.com" is auto-generated by Grofers. Once you make any transaction with Grofers, your auto id gets generated with your mobile number to access the grofers account for future reference. Further, the email id "[protected]@gmail.com" is not registered on Citrus.

                            We would also like to inform you that we cannot un-verify or change the registered email id . However, we can delete the account linked with the mobile number. If you wish to delete your account, then please reply with your confirmation.

                            Things to consider -

                            1. Withdraw/transfer the amount from your wallet, if any, before sending the confirmation.
                            2. You will not be able to view your previous account statement or transaction details post account deletion.
                            3. The account will be deleted within 2 working days.

Of transaction of rs 510 each through axis net banking, in that one transaction successful but two transactions amount debited and nios site shows payment not made on[protected] i received 510 rs but remain 510 rs not received yet.

                              Sir. I have done my admission Rs 6000 on[protected] bearing Enrol no.[protected]. The admission is done by Atm debit card ...the admission has done double so if the admission is done double plz refund it back as soon as possible.
                              But sir nios del site shows payment not made so any body can clarify to when my amount received

                                  I tried paying airtel bill using the airtel mobile app, amount 1297 was initiated and the airtel
                                  Mobile app showed transaction declined. But the axisbank debuted the amount successfully.

                                  Axisbank account deducted the amount and sent successful transaction to you but airtel did not receive the amount citing payment declined at bank.

                                      Yesterday i have made payment through axis net banking via citrus payment solution to ace2three app, money was debited from my account yesterday but till now it's was not added in app. When i call bank person he said kindly citrus customer care. Everytime while doing payment he happens repeatedly via citrus payment solution.

                                        Hi, i made two payments of rs 1500 (Total rs 3000) against the property tax and water tax on 2nd aug'18.
                                        Payments are debited from my account but the payment at the merchant's site showed failed. Both transactions were done at 9.30 am. Confirmed with my bank (Axis bank) the payment are successful at our end. Details of the payment are mentioned belo
