Desr sir i made a payment to kesco via your gateway but that payment was not received by merchant and money from my account deducted.. How should i receive my money back? For details i attached screen shot of the psynet fail page. On 15 Feb I did a payment on citrus solutions Pvt of 1600 through gpay.The money has been debited from my account but still it's showing on the application page that your payment was unsuccessful.Kindly contact me for my details.

Hi. I paid to KSDTC via Citrus solutions payment gateway in Google Pay UPI . In App it's showing as Paid but web portal showing as failed. Kindly refund the amount ASAP.
