Iam v. Surendar i have paid a property tax through ghmc app by ur citrus solutions pvt. Ltd through phone pay upi, transaction details are transaction id :[protected] Citrus solutions pvt ltd. Paid upi is [protected]@axisbank and amount was debited, but the tax was showing due so please i request you to solve my problem and refund my amount to same upi id as soon as possible. I have made a payment of Rs. 152000.00 to Mohan Lal Sukhadia University, Udaipur, Rajasthan on 26/09/2020 through Citrus Payment.Transaction I. D. is 70011362. The amount was debited from my account but transaction was failed. 14 days have been passed but amount of Rs. 152000.00 have not been refunded. Kindly do needful action for refund of the amount

As checked, you have tried to make multiple attepts to make the transaction out of which only Merchant Txn ID [protected], Citrus Txn ID OL[protected] was successfull. and the amount for the same has been remitted to the merchant. Thanks!
