[Resolved] Citrus Payment Solutions — money deducted while shopping online on zara app but order showing payment pending | |
I was purchasing a perfume online through Zara app.I chose an option to pay through UPI payments. They redirected me to citrus solutions merchant to continue my payment. I entered my upi id of google pay .My money 1, 080 got deducted but my order in the Zara app still shows payment pending. Kindly refund my money. UPI Transaction id is[protected]. In case of an accidental debit, the amount will be auto reversed into the customer's source account within 3 to 5 working days (Excluding Saturday, Sunday and bank holiday). Kindly request your customer to contact the customer support team of the card/account issuing bank, in case the amount is not reversed into the account within the mentioned time. I was purchasing some clothes on Zara payment got deducted from my bank account Rs 6830 and on the web site it is showing payment pending

This same thing happened with me today their payment sucks
I was purchased two items for 1470 from the ZARA website. After paying through Citrus solutions Payment and debited my money. However in purchases, it shows payment pending. Please resolve this issue or debit my money back to my account.

i paid for my order by upi but it was showing payment is pending then i cancelled that order and placed a new one on cash on delivery, now i just want to know when will i get the refund for the same.
