I was purchasing a perfume online through Zara app.I chose an option to pay through UPI payments. They redirected me to citrus solutions merchant to continue my payment. I entered my upi id of google pay .My money 1, 080 got deducted but my order in the Zara app still shows payment pending. Kindly refund my money. In case of an accidental debit, the amount will be auto reversed into the customer's source account within 3 to 5 working days (Excluding Saturday, Sunday and bank holiday). Kindly request your customer to contact the customer support team of the card/account issuing bank, in case the amount is not reversed into the account within the mentioned time. Recredit Rs.349 at the earliest to my source account.
