This same thing happened with me today their payment sucks
I was purchased two items for 1470 from the ZARA website. After paying through Citrus solutions Payment and debited my money. However in purchases, it shows payment pending. Please resolve this issue or debit my money back to my account.
i paid for my order by upi but it was showing payment is pending then i cancelled that order and placed a new one on cash on delivery, now i just want to know when will i get the refund for the same.

I placed an order on zara and completed the payment via UPI (google pay). The order hasn’t been placed as it says pending payment but the amount ₹1, 490 has been deducted from my account. Kindly please look into this issue.
