[Resolved]  Citrus Payment Solutions — property tax payment not passed to ghmc

Hi,

I made a payment to ghmc regards to my property tax via ghmc app. The app used citrus gateway and the payment was made using google pay. The payment went through sucessfully from google pay but did not reach ghmc and i did not receive any receipt too. The uip transaction id is[protected]. Can the payment be reverted and refunded to passed to ghmc so that i get my property tax payment receipt.

• UPI / VPA if any used

I have recharged my sun direct dth account number using citruspay. Hence amount deducted from my bank account. But amount not credited in to my sun direct app.

Recharged amount not created to beneficiary account
Recharged for sundirect today morning through Google pay still account not activated checked with my end as it's successful it's pending with you kindly check and update
