Citrus Payment Solutions — Refund not credited in my account

For my zara order, payment was done twice by me as the first time it failed and order did not go through. As per zara its been refunded with citrus txn id OL[protected] on 24th December 2020 but I haven’t received the amount in my account yet. Its been 4 months now but still my bank has not received this amount.can you please help to resolve this?

We regret the inconvenience caused. Your transaction with Citrus ID OL[protected] [protected] processed on[protected] for Rs. 3280.00 was a failed transaction. The amount has been refunded to your source account on[protected] and should reflect in your account within 7 to 10 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday, and bank holiday) from the date of refund.

Further, this is a successful transaction via Citrus transaction Id - OL[protected] [protected] at our end, the amount for the same has been remitted to the merchant. For any concern regarding, delivery of the product/Payment receipt/Account Details/Cancellation/Refund, you are requested to contact the merchant directly with Merchant Order Id[protected]
in order to get the status at their end.
