Citrus Payment Solutions — sbi debit card transaction to kotak bank amount not received

My SBI Debit card transaction to Kotak bank amount Rs.9500 transferred,

but this amount not credited to my kotak saving account,

Transaction Date on 23:12:2017, Time:8:11AM.

I transfer from my sbi account to kotak 811 account but money got deducted from my sbi account and did not credited in kotak account CRN No[protected], kindly check the issue, account holder name roopa.

Pls check & refund the amount to as same bank proces & clear the issue.

• Citrus, Merchant and Bank reference number.
• Scan copy of bank statement indicating the debit for the required transaction.
• Transaction date along with the amount.
• Email id or phone number used for processing the transaction.
• First 6 and last 4 digits of your card.
• UPI / VPA if any used

i would like to inform you that i haven't any citrus and merchant number. i had open saving account in kotak bank. when i had open my account. from bank i had recieve 1 msg . in the msg 1 link is given. i had open that link and made a 20000/- payment. details r given below.

I have had the same problem. My payment from SBI debit card to Kotak 811 account failed, but the amount has got debited from my SBI account and doesn't show up in Kotak 811 account.
I have sent an email to [protected]@citruspay.com with the details of the transaction.
