[Resolved]  Citrus Payment Solutions — sun direct recharge

I recharged rs. 500.00 inr to my sun direct account no: [protected] through your site on 05.01.2018 through state bank of india personal internet banking.
The transaction id of the above payment in my sbi online banking is [protected]igacrcect8. But the amount is not credited till now. My name is jolly k j and my phone no: is [protected]. Please do necessary action to get my sun direct account get recharged as early as possible.

I have recharged an amount of 212 to my sun dth of smart card no.[protected] which was linked to the mobile [protected]. The recharge was done through your gateway the Upi ID is:[protected] please kindly look into this issue.

• Scan copy of bank statement indicating the debit for the required transaction.

i have recharged yesterday(28.05.2019) Rs.230 for my sun direct dth .my smart card no .[protected], and registered mobile no.[protected], payment done.but still not recharged ...why?.
