[Resolved] Citrus Payment Solutions — transaction failed new connection (wbsedcl) | |
I was paying rs 6193.92 using citrus pay against new connection (Wbsedcl) on 6th august, 2017. However during transaction their web portal showed transaction failed. Surprisingly an auto generated mail was received from their side that payment was successful. Now wbsedcl denies payment from your side. Kindly arrange to refund the incurred amount.
