[Resolved]  Citrus Payment Solutions — zara order payment

I was placing an order on zara india online on 14th december and had opted for payment via upi.
I then did the payment through google pay for which zara had used citrus payment gateway.
I did the transaction via [protected]@axisbank and money got debited from my account but zara did not received the amount.
So zara cancelled the order from their side as it keep pending
I haven’t been initiated a refund.

Kindly check my concern and give me refund of my money at the earliest.

My money was deducted but than order was failed

Hi i have made a purchase from zara this 19th sep 2020 and the payment was made through citrus solutions. The payment was on processing and the zara order got cancelled due to some issue. Today on 22 sep i see the payment is successful but the order is already cancelled. I request you to please refund my money asap.

I have done a payment for my orders. Money has been already debited from my account. Still it shows "pending payment". Please see to this at the earliest.

Please share the below details for assistance.
• Transaction date along with the amount.
• Email id or phone number used for processing the transaction.
• First 6 and last 4 digits of your card.
• UPI / VPA if any used

It is a merchant who delivers the services and gives refund/replacement as per their policy in case of any issues. Since the said transactions are successfully processed, any refund/resolution will be provided by the merchant only. In case you do not receive support from the merchant, you may raise a chargeback at your issuing bank.

I did the payment through upi from google pay to zara. Payment is successful and my amount is debited. But zara still shows amount pending. Refund my money immediately. And if you have received it. Kindly update the app settings.

I made a purchase from zara for which i paid through upi. The amount got deducted but the order got cancelled on zara somehow.

The Bank said the money has been credited to merchant account
I was placing an order on ZARA India online on 12/07/2021 and opted for UPI payment. I then did the payment through Google pay for which ZARA has used CITRUS SOLUTIONS PVT LTD as the payment gateway. I did my transaction via hdfcbank and money got deducted from my account TWICE but ZARA has not received the transaction and it still shows payment pending. So ZARA cancelled the order but I haven’t received my refund yet. Kindly check my concern and give me refund ASAP

Please note the amount got deducted twice.
