Citrus Payment Solutions — Zara Order September 18, 2021

Hi, i have cancelled my order on zara and had made the payment through UPI via your payment gateway. I cancelled the order and enquired about the refund status to which they stated that they have not issued the charge and asked me to contact you for refund. Please advise me.

Hi, i have tried to raise the query with your helpline as well but i have not received any response from your side whatsoever. I have duly uploaded the documents you asked me to and have provided my details.

You are still not taking any action. Please look into this.

It has been 2 days since i have received any information from you. A lot of people are facing the same issue. If nothing then atleast look into our respective queries. Please revert as soon as possible and update me on my refund status. This is very upsetting.
Here is the date and amount of my UPI transaction to you
