Citrus Payment Solutions — Zara refund issue

The refund from Zara was processed on 13th December 2020 but the amount is not reflected into my account yet. Please check below transaction Ids
OLREFUND[protected] & OLREFUND[protected]
these are the Citrus Refund ID shared by Zara, The amount is stuck at your end because i have checked with my bank and we haven't received it yet.

The order was placed and received by me but then I have returned the order and haven’t received the refund from Zara which is stuck at your end so let me know which transaction I’d you want which was provided by Zara ? The OLrefund id?
Please find the attached transaction details shared by Zara, As per Zara they have refunded the amount and got stuck at your end, I had already checked with the bank and haven't received the amount.

• Citrus, Merchant and Bank reference number.
• Scan copy of bank statement indicating the debit for the required transaction.
• Transaction date along with the amount.
• Email id or phone number used for processing the transaction.
• First 6 and last 4 digits of your card.
• UPI / VPA if any used

I have checked with my bank and i have got 990 rs but we havent received the 2280

Why the transaction id is same for both of the transactions, it should be different, Also note that i have contacted my issuing bank and there is no refund received from your end. Please check for Rs.2280, The details have already been shared. I am chasing since a year now.
