Mne clovia app se ek online purchase kiya tha uska amount 1145 h but mne wo order cancel kr diya tha jiska abhi tak clovia app ne refund ni kiya. Mne sab details sahi likhi hui h fir bhi ye log br br ek hi mail krte h ki aap apni details sahi likhiye. Ye log pagal bna re h. Customer care pr fon krte h to ye log uthate ni bokte h chat with us kro ya mail kr do but uska koi answer ni aaya aj tak. Plsss clovia app se refund krwa dijiye. Me bht...

I have ordered 6 bra’s with total 1888 rs using google pay.. Amount got deducted from my account but not received any confirmation message. If order is not placed then i need my refund amount.. Please improve the service quality.. The worst service ever.

Not getting any update on the prepaid order and seeing reviews iam afraid of getting refund if i cancel the order. Order value is above 1000 and no change in status or response. 6239607 orderid....

I order mask on 2july, paying extra courier and gst. They took 13days to deliver. But they deliver wrong mask it's so dirty, cheap and so low quality product. To complain for the product they have wrong customer number. No source to approach them. Online chat is fake. I have been struggling to connect them but unable to connect through mail also.
They completely looting customer. They show something on website and sell some wrong fake...

They're neither responding to my complaint on chat, customer care, facebook or instagram. Nor are they refunding my money. They're not responding to any customer (I read many complaints on facebook and instagram) please help me get my refund from this fraudulent ecommerce company....

I ordered mask and gloves from clovia.com for rs 1600. After months of wait i got 4 sanitary pads approx 800 rs. For few days they didn't update it as delivered on their website. So i couldn't initiate return.
Now its updated and items are marked as non returnable. No one picks up the call.

It's been more than 12 days and i haven't recieved my order yet and they don't even pick calls and chat process module also isn't worthy at all.
I have done online payment and i want a date till which i will be receiving my order....

Product was placed on may 1st can understand due to lockdown product couldn't be delivered.. When there was a chance to deliver the product that time clovia didn't do the same.. If they are not in situation to deliver the product then why the hell they are accepting new orders...

There was no response from their side. I called them repeatedly and they kept on asking for 24-48 hours each time.
