I have ordered 6 bra’s with total 1888 rs using google pay.. Amount got deducted from my account but not received any confirmation message. If order is not placed then i need my refund amount.. Please improve the service quality.. The worst service ever.

I need my money back. I am trying to call customer service but they are not available now plz help me in this 😔

    Not getting any update on the prepaid order and seeing reviews iam afraid of getting refund if i cancel the order. Order value is above 1000 and no change in status or response. 6239607 orderid.

      I order mask on 2july, paying extra courier and gst. They took 13days to deliver. But they deliver wrong mask it's so dirty, cheap and so low quality product. To complain for the product they have wrong customer number. No source to approach them. Online chat is fake. I have been struggling to connect them but unable to connect through mail also.
      They completely looting customer. They show something on website and sell some wrong fake product.
      Pls don't ever buy anything from this website.

        I placed an order worth rs 693 on 02nd june on clovia and the delivery date was 17th june. Today is 10th july nd they've not even shipped my order. They're neither responding to my complaint on chat, customer care, facebook or instagram. Nor are they refunding my money. They're not responding to any customer (I read many complaints on facebook and instagram) please help me get my refund from this fraudulent ecommerce company.

          I ordered mask and gloves from clovia.com for rs 1600. After months of wait i got 4 sanitary pads approx 800 rs. For few days they didn't update it as delivered on their website. So i couldn't initiate return.
          Now its updated and items are marked as non returnable. No one picks up the call.

                    I have placed an order for rs.835/-. I paid through online via paytm, the amount has been deducted from my account but haven't received order confirmation message or mail from clovia. Unable to find order details in my order section. Wanted to know whether the order is placed or not. If order is not placed will the deducted amount will be refunded to my account? Please respond asap...

                        Product was placed on may 1st can understand due to lockdown product couldn't be delivered.. When there was a chance to deliver the product that time clovia didn't do the same.. If they are not in situation to deliver the product then why the hell they are accepting new orders

                          I have placed an order in clovia in may 13, 2020, via paying full amount through online.. But till date there is no update on my order.. They have not even shipped my order. I tried calling their customer service and even sent a mail to the customer service but not useful since their customer service number which they provided is not working and they will not reply to the mail sent.. Till date i have sent them more than 10 mails. But of no use.. They are cheating the customers by taking orders and taking money from them, but are not delivering the items.. The shocking is even though they are not delivering the products ordered by the customers for months everyday they are taking new orders which is disgusting.. Before taking new orders they should first fulfil the old orders and when they have finished that they should they new orders.. But the way they are doing it clearly shows they are cheating the customers by taking money from them.. My order number is 4119001.

                                    I have ordered 3 bra’s and night dress with total 2150 rs using netbanking.. Amount got deducted from my account but not received any confirmation message.                                     I have placed an order of 1362 Rs on clovia app. After completing payment it redirected to clovia app and the order was still not placed. I could see all the items still in cart but money got deducted from bank.
                                    Did you got any update???
                                    I placed an order of 1414 rs today. The amount is deducted but the order is not placed. The items are still in my cart and when I checked the order status with order id the status is showing payment not done. Please help me with this. I want my money back if order is not placed and I would not order from this site ever again. I have sent the mail to clovia with payment receipt.

                                      My order number is #5292494
                                      We had ordered undergarments in the offer 4 @799, two of which when dipped in plain water had a color defect. Images were clicked and sent to the concerned email id of clovia within a day. There was no response from their side. I called them repeatedly and they kept on asking for 24-48 hours each time.
                                      It's been almost a week now since i have raised the concern.
                                      The return request too has been generated but every evening i get a message from the courier company stating that i have cancelled the pick-up request, which is certainly not true.
                                      I have been in constant contact with their representatives but they seem totally uninterested.

                                        Its very unfortunate to tell that repeatedly i have contacted customer service on phone and email regarding this issue. Yet i have not get any response.
                                        09-sep-2019 itself order has been delivered at 10:00pm in chennai as updated in tracker.

                                        But i have not received yet. Without my confirmation how can you deliver the product to some other person.
                                        I have asked details of the receiver. That also you are not sharing.
                                        Is there someone who can look into the issue and arrange the product or refund of the same.

                                        Worst experience. Not expected from clovia team.
                                        Product was picked up by 15th dec. Return is totally completed. But I do not get any refund amount . Even there is no update about refund procession or return completion.

                                        I placed the order on 6th December. Due to delay in delivery I decided to return/cancel it. I requested for cancel about 2 days ago but still now there is no update. Order amount is 897₹. Order id - 5636602
                                        Please solve it as soon as possible.
