      I have ordered 3 bra’s and night dress with total 2150 rs using netbanking.. Amount got deducted from my account but not received any confirmation message. If order is not placed then i need my refund amount.. Please improve the service quality.. The worst service ever.

      I need my money back. I am trying to call customer service but they are not available now plz help me in this 😔
      I have placed an order of 1362 Rs on clovia app. After completing payment it redirected to clovia app and the order was still not placed. I could see all the items still in cart but money got deducted from bank.
      Did you got any update???
      I placed an order of 1414 rs today. The amount is deducted but the order is not placed. The items are still in my cart and when I checked the order status with order id the status is showing payment not done. Please help me with this. I want my money back if order is not placed and I would not order from this site ever again. I have sent the mail to clovia with payment receipt.

        My order number is #5292494
        We had ordered undergarments in the offer 4 @799, two of which when dipped in plain water had a color defect. Images were clicked and sent to the concerned email id of clovia within a day. There was no response from their side. I called them repeatedly and they kept on asking for 24-48 hours each time.
        It's been almost a week now since i have raised the concern.
        The return request too has been generated but every evening i get a message from the courier company stating that i have cancelled the pick-up request, which is certainly not true.
        I have been in constant contact with their representatives but they seem totally uninterested.

          Its very unfortunate to tell that repeatedly i have contacted customer service on phone and email regarding this issue. Yet i have not get any response.
          09-sep-2019 itself order has been delivered at 10:00pm in chennai as updated in tracker.

          But i have not received yet. Without my confirmation how can you deliver the product to some other person.
          I have asked details of the receiver. That also you are not sharing.
          Is there someone who can look into the issue and arrange the product or refund of the same.

          Worst experience. Not expected from clovia team.
          Product was picked up by 15th dec. Return is totally completed. But I do not get any refund amount . Even there is no update about refund procession or return completion.

            Trying to add address interface asking to select address type but there are no options to select, without this doesn't allow to order. This is so annoying worst experience.
            Many doubts about your products. Some say your products are being worn out within a month in the rewiews. If products turn out wrong with me also will you replace those for me is there any guarantee available on your products.
            I placed the order on 6th December. Due to delay in delivery I decided to return/cancel it. I requested for cancel about 2 days ago but still now there is no update. Order amount is 897₹. Order id - 5636602
            Please solve it as soon as possible.

              I had ordered a few items on clovia and i received the order on tym. But i needed to exchange one item and i had requested an exchange for the same on 23rd of august 2019.

              On 27th august 2019, the item was taken by delhivery company for exchange and after that on their website the shipment shows delivered to seller but no response have been made from clovia team. It's been a few days now.

              Kindkt do look into the matter and send my order asap.

                about a hold on product

                I have ordered 3 bras @ 999. I successfully received the same within 3 days. But i found that one of that bra isn't my size so i returned it and ordered another one. But i didn't get any updates. Whether u received the packet i have returned or whether my new order was on transit. Kindly reply for this. I am a satisfied customer of yours.

                    Hi, I ordered bras from clovia order number 4768790 at checkout I got an offer 2 panties free I selected the size too but did not receive the panties free with the bras. Please check on this. I'm very disappointed that I did not get the offer that was mentioned.

                      I have ordered stuff of worth 1600 with order ID 4235558 which is delivered on Feb 24. I have placed return for 3 items on March 5( before 15 days). Usually there is a technical issue for this app. Whenever we click on return/replacement it will throw error as attached. So I opened the link separately and returned items. A message got displayed that agent will be collecting in 4 days. Till today no agent has come. I have dropped a mail to help desk. They reply with a standard template that I need to return in 15days and they haven't received any return request. please resolve my issue.

                      I have ordered on 29/5/19 and the date given for deliver is on 2/6/19. and the amount was paid through online...till now no message as come regarding the order.. i called to customer care on 31/5/19 regarding the issue.. they told they will get back in 48 hrs... Till now there is no call back. I want response as soon as possible from the admin.

                            I have placed an order on 11th December at 7 pm. My order number is 3948322 . It's more than a day but my order has not been dispatched yet. When I have checked my order status it's showing that your order is on hold.

                            This is very very ridiculous. At the time of ordering it was showing that the product will be delivered in 3-4 days but now it's showing that order is on hold. I don't know what does it means?

                            This clovia is so unprofessional and irresponsible that they didn't even informed me about my order on their own. Infact when I have mailed them then get a unprofessional reply that your order has been delayed by 3-4 days. I am really very fed up from this clovia.

                            This is the worstest online clothing service company. I will never ever going to order anything from this worst clovia.

                            I have cancelled my order number 3948322 because due to extreme delay in the delivery, missing promised products at the time of ordering and very rude and unprofessional behaviour from clovia.

                            Most important thing is that i have selected the amount to be refund in my bank account and not in the clovia wallet. But still i got a mail that your amount will be refunded in your clovia wallet. Clovia is the most cheater company i have ever seen in my life.

                            Mark my words very clearly that i want the refund only in my bank account and nowhere else. If you don't do so then be ready to face the charges from consumer court.

                            I repeat that i have selected the amount to be refund in my bank account and i want it there only.

                            And please please people don't go for clovia or don't even think of ordering from this worst clovia thing. They're the top most cheaters, unprofessional and irresponsible.
                            I placed my order on june 2 my order number is 8641474 it's been 15 days my order is on hold my marriage is next week. I made an online payment of Rs. 2000 it keeps on showing that your order is on hold contact us and when I try to contact customer care I get no reply if I don't receive my order before 28th of june I will file a complain against this company in consumer court.

There are more than hundred people who have been cheated by clovia. And many people hasn't received their refund yet. It's time for action. Let's file a case together.                               We were tried to place an order on Saturday at around 7.30pm and did online payment but money 759 is deducted from my account to clovia's account and it shows that transaction is failed. When contact to bank they said that transaction was done successfully via payU.in

                                Clovia is a big fraud.. Be aware.

                                They ask to return the package and by mistake if the customer returns the free gift means you will not receive the free gift. They damn care for existing customers.. Let's be aware of this brand. There are many similar shopping website better than Clovia who offer products at a better price and care for the customers

                                  I had ordered clovia product online and also visited to sarojni nagar store, where the girl told me there are limited products available on store when I told her that there are many option on online she told me that are not original, so not to buy. I had also complaint for the same but nothing has been done yet.

                                  When I requested for return the online order, they have not responded to me for 8-9 days However, the normal timing is 24- 48 hours...

                                    Had placed a prepaid order on this website. They are unable to deliver my product and updating absolutely false update "door found closed, delivery attempt failed". Have received 3 couriers from other companies on september days. I need my money to be refunded. Their is no response on same from their customer care team when contacted on email.

                                      My order no. Is 3169763. I ordered for 4 bras. I received a mail that product is delivered but i haven't received it. I sent mails and called the company but not getting satisfactory response. Everytime i call them, i get the same response that issue will be resolved in next 24-48 hours. They haven't responded to my e - mail sent on 16/05/2018 and 24/05/2018. I want my money back as the customer service is not up to the mark. Order was placed on 26/04/2018.
