I placed an order for 4 + 1 bras and when I received 2 items were not fitting... I replaced 2 items and submitted the entire box of of 5 bras back ... in return I received only the 2 returned bras... I tried calling customer care but there want any responses ... I even sent a complain via mail and still no response... if they still fail to respond to me I will file a complain in the consumer forum and put the company in trouble... this is the worst brand I've come across ...

    I have placed a order of 949 rupees of two padded bras. Payment is done through paytm and my i have received pay slip of paytm. But there is no confirmation of order by clovia and also my cart is still waiting for me to order it again though i have already made payment of it. My order number is clovia order #[protected]
    Please let me know about my order because i want this order get delivered before 29th december. Thanks

    While placing the above order. I had applied a coupon "ONLINES" for 5% discount if paid online, but during the check out this discount was not applied and payment was deducted from the card. it may please be looked into

      I was supposed to receive my order today and i have received a text saying it has been delivered. I had no calls from any delivery person today and you people don't work after 7 and tommorow is a sunday. This is ridiculous and absolutey a pathetic customer service i have received. I had orders before and it has never been a problem but this time it is #. It's prepaid. I placed the order and got a message that this time i will get a surprise with my order and i think this was the surprise! So stupid! That's very annoying when i paid and didn't receive it and all i have is just a text. Silly! Nonsense and a shame on you clovia.

        Please be informed that the address mentioned in the invoice is incorrect it shows two address clubbed together. The post code as per the address is correct and when we checked with the courier people they said they are unable to deliver the order in the below

          Hi,
          My order no is 2374966 and it was supposed to be delivered today.
          However, the courier boy came and since i was alone and down with cold and flu i asked him to come upstairs but he just said that i will not and went away with my courier.

          The attitude of the delivery fellow sucks. Moreover, this was the first time (Probably the last also) i had place an order with clovia and had a real bad experience.

          Need help on this please since the amount has already been deducted from my account.

            I have ordered from your site for rs 1298. My order id is 2348190. I got the confirmation message for the order first and then another message saying that your order cannot be placed because of some foreseen issue. The amount is deducted from my account.
            I am trying to contact your customer care also but there is no response.
            Please look into the matter and do refund my amount asap.

              Fraud Company. Multi-level markings type . Bussiness promises are fraud as incentive are false promises. They never transfer money. Beware of Online joining program call Clovia partnership program as they never sent product. If some promises are kept then they never fulfil the rest.
              Product sent are low quallity & wrong ones. Return policy also a fraud one. As they never repalce your product. So Please donot believe on online product.
              Nothing is there in the company if you donot belive me see the product they are selling only few ones, as most of the wanted size & product shown are all false. I have waisted more than 1 lakh amount & bigest thing the time.
              Never never order any product.

                Myself harsha shetty from airoli. I placed an order from clovia app but the delivery boy delivered the parcel today to someone else in wrong address my details of booking are given below
                Booked with sdlpl vide awb no [protected]. Velex logistics pvt ltd.
                He assured me to pic the courier from the delivered place and deliver it back to me but if the parcel is unpacked through any reason i am not going to accept the parcel.
                Its a request to specifically deliver the parcel in the given address and not somewhere else.
                I placed an order for 1597/-, amount is deducted from my account but I didn't get any confirmation message regarding the order, nor am I able to see it in "my orders " section...customer care is not reachable..
                Solve my issue at the earliest...this is the second time m placing the order ...

                  I have placed an order on 3rd June at 2:55 pm through paytm wallet. The purchase was worth 1234 Rs. I didn't receive any confirmation mail/message from clovia on my order been placed. I have the transaction ID from Paytm of the transaction. The amount is been deducted from my account.
                  i tried calling customer care of both but no luck in response. I have mailed at [protected]@clovia.com and got one auto generated mail with reference no as #646809.
                  Is this the way to deal with your customers.

                  Kindly look into this issue asap.
                  I want to return one product from two... But wen I select return product.. The one which I want to return is not in list.. Only one product is dr for exchange /return

                    I ordered my product on 22 may and i made a online payment but they didn't give my product to me and telling that your product is delivered and sometyms not picking my call. From last fews days i tried to contact them very rarely they are attending my call and if they did they are telling my product has been dispatched. Can you please help me to get my money back.
                    The worst site i ever experienced.

                      We ordered lingerie and undergarments from clovis.

                      1)extremslt poor road side quality given by clovia.

                      2) even though we never tried the products and rejected purely on basis of quality of cloth and fabric... Clovis did not supported us, harassed us on refund and we found extremely poor and bad quality customer service.

                      It is better to buy road side lingerie Roger than buying with clovia..

                      Clovia is a harassing merchant, never shop from them.

                          I placed an order on oct7th and made online payment. Amount was debited from my account but the transaction got failed. But the amount is not refunded to me.
                          I wrote to hdfc bank but they stated the below:

                          "the transaction has been successfully processed at the bank's end.
                          We request you to allow 5 working days for the merchant to get back to you with the final status of the transaction."

                          Its already more than 5 working days.

                          Please do the needful and refund my amount back to my account.

                            I have ordered a product from Clovia website. The payment has been done but there is no update of my order neither on website not through any mail.

                            Could you please update me on my order as I have paid the entire amount through PAYTM for which the transaction was successful But I cannot see my order on order details page.

                                I want to complaint against clovia.com for sending me an expired Revlon shampoo. The product was expired a year back and they still are sending it across customers. Also, two of my t shirts bought were not having tags attached to them. The quality of garment was just not up to the mark. I emailed them about my complaint but have not yet received the response. When i emailed them for return request, they simply sent a link to start the process. I had to message them in social networking platform to request a call back, as even after multiple tries I could not connect to them.

                                  My order no. Is 1186898.
                                  I had ordered for 2 bras..
                                  One of them; it has its pad in some other shape on receiving only, what can a customer look for in the product after washing.. The lace in front of the bra is not even properly finished, the threads are coming our already..
                                  Second bra which i ordered was said to be a plunge bra but it has the thinnest pads possible. Moreover the price written on site for it was 1099 but the price tag suggests 399 with all the details of the product remaining same.
                                  I have been cheated, the road side market in karol bagh sells better quality in cheaper prices than yours.
                                  I want my money to be refunded and collect these bras from me..
                                  Dissapointed to the core with the quality of product that you are selling with the tag of calling it your "premium" product..

                                    My 2 orders went horribly wrong with incorrect & inferior products sent. Had requested refund of rs.983 on 010316. Not processed till date. Customer care phones never connectable. Seems fraudulent, am a lawyer dealing in consumer disputes. Am filing consumer complaint in district court.                                     I order products month ago and still haven't received.. Their customer number is always busy.. Nor do they care replyin back to the emails.. No communication can be done and my money is stuck.. Horrible service.. Dont buy from them at all.
                                    Fraud.. they are in market to only loot money with wrong promises. Sent me cheap quality products and when I return them for refund they say they receive only one item out of 6.. so can't do anything about the remaining money. Customer service is worst. Govt should. Cancel their license

                                      I ordered for a night wear set of two. I received it after 10 days. But it didn't fit me so I wanted to return it back . But thy dint evn respond. Now I wouldn't buy anything until they take it back.
