I had ordered 3 produts from clovia on 23 Jan and asked for the return and refund of the money on 1st Feb. I have contacted them several times but have not received any response from them. I have even given my account details to them but they responded that the details were incorrect although they are correct.
Its been almost 3 weeks now and no resolution has been provided from their end.

I had placed an order online. Today it is delivered. The size does not for me, is to loose and I am not satisfied with the quality of material. So I want a refund and please do send any one to pick up your product.

Product quality is not up to mark as per description, elastic of panties are not good and also stuff is not good.
Need refund of all.

I ordered products from this site. At first they place the entire product on hold. Without bothering to let me know. After a few days, I check where the parcel has arrived, i come to know it has been put on hold, No reason given. I call up customer service, after en number of busy calls I get put throough, I ask them what is the issue, i am told inventory issue, wait for a few days. Fine. Then suddenly I get an email saying the company tried to "repeatedly contact" me..god knows where they tried calling, as it sure was not on the number given, nor the email provided. Funny how they could successfully email me that they had taken the liberty of changing the products I had ordered...but they could not contact me asking me if it was ok. I said i was not ok, , i needed the same product in a different size. They ignored that mail for a few days, and then after the product is shipped, they say...well..thats not possible. Such unprofessional company...never buy from them

Order number:819995 I brought around 13 products from clovia. I am not happy with the quality of products received. Mailed them regarding this issue the next day itself but haven't received a reply from their end. Very bad after sale service. Continuous feedback has been sent to them regarding this but i haven't received any revert from their end till date other than a system generated automated ticket ID. Am really fed up of calling them up continuously where they answer the call and just cut it without even listening for five seconds, and more than half of the time their number is busy. I need a replacement or refund of 6 products. PLEASE HELP!!

My order no is 818345 which was delivered yesterday. I got my product but the problem is i am not comfortable with the fitting and i want a replacement for that. Same day when i got my product on my hand i sent mail on [protected]@clovia.com for my complaint but there is no response from company nor even customer care looking for my complain. I tried reaching to the number provided in the website but there was no response from other end. It is really very unproffessional and disappointing behaviour.

I purchased a garments . Order number is 729770.But due to unfit i returned it back . And since since past 1 month from purchasing i been chasing the customer the customer care to refund my money . All the efforts are in vain . Till now i have not been credited with money in my bank account.its a highly pathetic scenario. It's a humble request from all the team members to please take some necessary action .

I booked one dress from Clovia.com dated 18/11/2015.As per them they dispatch on 19/11/2015 with Aramex AWB No.[protected].As per the online status they deliver my parcel to Kolakata instead of Muzaffarpur(Bihar).Since last Thursday I'm following up with Clovia & Aramex customer care, but no one is giving the proper response.I registered so online complain to Clovia & Aramex, but still result are same.I called to Clovia customer care, but they are also saying to wait.
Please do the needful at your earliest.

First of all clovia service is pathetic...no responsibilities...no response on phone...they have only excuse...if i am complainig they are very much irresponsible about customer complain. so i want my money back ormy product on 10th of october.

This website really pissed me off. Firstly I sent 10 mails for return request of the product and after the return, I think it has been one month and I haven't received my refund yet. Their website is not functioning properly. I am unable to complaint on their website, also these people never respond to my mails and never pick the call on the number they have given on their website. This service sucks and I will never purchase and would suggest, NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM CLOVIA. THEY ARE FRAUD. THEY SUCKS YOUR MONEY NOTHING ELSE.

I made payment via netbanking and after doing the check out I didnt receive any mails of the transaction made and neither did I receive any mails or messages from clovia website regarding the order status and date of delivery. While checking my mail, I saw a mail which shows that the order wasn't completed successfully and asking me to do the same again.

Kindly help me asap and I want my money to be refunded back within 7 business days.

I had purchased on 8th of this month for 3k through card payment and I did not get any order copy or purchased goods sofar. when I was trying to contact them over their customer care number it is always saying busy and could not able to contact them. I tried to contact them over email several times but no response received. I did not understand how to get the goods or refund of my amount. If any one know kindly let me know. Thanks.

We purchased few days ago a product through COD mode of payment from Clovia. We returned the merchandise soon as we didn't like it. To out dismay, we haven't received the refund still, we are unable to speak at the customer care no. as it is coming as continuously busy. We even mailed our concern to their email ID but haven't received any response till date. We are being cheated. We could have charged back if we had done the payment through credit/debit card but using COD mode has cost us badly as we are not sure how are we going to get our money back. Pls help.

I purchased products from clovia and then due to poor quality returned it the very next day. I raised the return request and awaited them to refund my money but its been over 1 Month they have not refunded back. Their customer care numbers are never reachable and their customer care email send automated responses and never follow up with customer. My friends have also faced the same issues with their refund process and customer care. I would like to take strict action against them. Order # 480130, 480158

I have made a purchase through this website 2 months back, that time name of the website was moodsofcloe.com. These people changed the website name to Clovia. Com and when I ask for refund their customer service always say that you have to wait for it. It's more than 2 months now where I have lost my patience. I am also be soon sending then the notice. I want all of you to be aware of this fraud company as they will just charge you by not sending the stuff you order. I have attached my mail receipt on this.
