I ordered 5 pieces from Clovia with a prepaid payment made . Delivery took around a week but a complete set of night suit was missing from it and instead of it a black palazzo was there that I haven't ordered .I called up, dropped complaint on their I'd but in vain . It took me 2 hrs with back to back calls at their customer support no to connect and executive picked up and asked me to drop mail with pictures although I have already dropped the mail.I dropped again with pictures .Their tat is 24-48 hrs .But I haven't got any status update for same .when I am trying their customer support no they are disconnecting repeatedly .I want my refund now and their is no way to connect with them for the same .

    Hii this is imran here actually I order something on clovia and it was destined to be delivered on 22 th April but I didn't even received it on 23 rd as well besides when I check my order status in clovia app it shows me order dispatched nd when I track it by the help of tracking ID it shows the location which is approximately 10 kilometres from where I ordered nd given location can somebody help me out why it was not delivered to my door step as clovia .com promise about

      I bought 40 D size but i want 38 D . I bought it through guest account so i can't use the return / exchange option . I m trying to reach clovia through email, call and whatsapp but they r not helping . NOW 15 days are about to complete and then they will say dat exchange can only be done in 15 days.

        I have order below lingerie items under offer:
        4 bras for 799 and 4 panties for 499
        And paid the total amount by using phone pay but my order is not confirmed and items are still showing in the cart. I also try to reach the company by calling but the calls were unanswered. Please confirm whether the order will be delivered to me or else refund my money at the earliest. Adding the screen shot of payment made by phone pay

          My order was picked up and there was no confirmation mail or message for the refund being initiated. I tried contacting the agents, e-mailed them, called them but nothing. Then an agent told me that the refund has already been initiated but the very next day, I got an email saying that the refund has not been initiated yet. So, as you can understand, they leave their customers with a doubtful mind. And I'm still waiting for the refund but their services are so poor.

            I have ordered a set of Bras from clovia which they never delivered but sending a mail that says order delivered . I am attaching screenshots of receipt n mails. They are not reverting mails. I am very disappointed with clovia.

                Right after paying via Phonepe, I returned to the Clovia page, which had somehow logged out. I logged in again only to see no orders placed in My Orders section. Neither did I log out while paying, nor close that window. I was also paying and using clovia after logging in. How come it isn't showing up? Neither did I get a confirmation email nor confirmation message. I have the confirmation of payment. So kindly look into it and let me know.

                  I had ordered some items from clovia on 2nd April 2021. Yesterday the order status shows that "order delivered" whereas I haven't received any items till now. I tried to reach out to the customer care but was unfortunate as these guys doesn't answer at all. I have mailed and had a chat with some agent who told me that they will try to fix this. I am really loosing my patience now. I have already paid for these items. I need to get back my order or please refund my money back

                      Also order details are not visible on app.

                        I have waited for more than a month.

                        My experience with Clovia was terrible. There were multiple delays and the delivery date was shifted many times by Clovia. I tired to contact the consumer services, however there was no response to the many emails I wrote and calls I made.

                        I then decided to cancel the order hoping to invest my money somewhere else, and it is very disappointing that the company has committed theft by not refunding the money.

                        I have waited for a very long period of time and tired to contact them via Instagram, mail and call yet my issue stands unresolved.

                        this is highly unethical and downright consumer theft. no response has been made still.

                        the complain forum is full of complains made by a variety of individuals and none have been resolved. more than a hundred people, a majority of which are women are left without their money and the product in exchange of theft. this is the classical definition of theft.

                        the Instagram page (which is the only place they are responding) is also full of online harassment. this is truly unethical and I deeply regret my purchase here.

                        the brand used to be a trusted one but that no longer remains the case and I would encourage people to avoid losing money on Clovia.com.

                        I would again like to reiterate that NO REFUND HAS BEEN MADE against Clovia Order ID 7899770.

                        Please ensure that a refund is made at the earliest.

                            I ordered a product from their website. The order id was 7940933. Despite their commitment, they sent the delivery very late (I oredered the product on 19th March, I was suppose to receive by 24th March, but I got it on 31st Mar, and that after reminders) And moreover, when I received it, I found out that was not a correct product. After repeated reminders (complaint no #2117600) they are not reverting back whether they will change it or refund it. They are extremely unprofessional. Would seeking a help from you in this regard. I would appreciate to get my money back.

                              I ordered on 21st of march 2021 on a very urgent basis. And it has been 12 days and till now I didn't get my order. Such a bad service. I am very disappointed.

                                  Also i am trying to contact their customer service but they are not taking my calls.
                                  No other way I can reach them to tell my issue.
