So pathetic site ever seen. I haven't received my order confirmation yet and my money has been deducted. The whole amount. And still no response . Its a fraud site.
I ordered my package on 13th june 6:20pm AND paid online, my money was deducted from the bank but order was not placed.

Either I want my amount back or else place the order properly ASAP.

    I had placed an order on 30th May. It has not been yet dispatched while it showed an estimated delivery on 8th June only, after the order was placed.

    Also, there is no response for my concern on WhatsApp, on email as well as on call. This is such an irresponsible behaviour on there part.

      I have paid 1181rs via BHIM UPI but my order is not placed although payment is successful. I need to know the status of my order.
      If order is not placed then I need my refund amount.. Please improve the service quality.. The worst service ever.

      I need my money back. I am trying to call customer service but they are not available now plz help me in this 😔

        Yesterday i was placing order for a 4in 1 shaper but when I was making payment online the payment of 407 was deducted using my Phone pay app but order was not placed. I either want the order placed or need the refund immediately.i also made a complaint over phone pay app but i was guided that they received the money but might take some time to confirm the order.

            The pick for returned item is been done 10days back. From then I tried contacting them on the app, email, also on WhatsApp customer service for the status of the refund amount but didn't get a relevant single response.

                      I placed an order on 28 april containing 4 bras for rs. 839. I received my parcel on 8 april. After checking the products, i found that 3 were not in proper size so i made a return request. I again received the returned items but the outer packaging was torn so i did not accept. This took place on 8th may. I thought it will be exchanged or replaced but since then my order status was not changed. I mailed at [protected]@clovia. I received their response only once in which they mentioned that the order will be delivered soon. Now, i cannot find my active order in my order section. They have removed it from there. I have mailed them many times, tried calling them, texted on their whatsapp no. But i am not getting any response from their side.

                          I have paid money through mobikwik and money is deducted but order is not shown. Clovia is frauding people with this bug setup. Please help.

                              I have put item replacement for order

                                I have placed an order in clovia app for INR 814. I paid through phonepe app, the amount has been deducted from the account but haven't received order confirmation msg or mail from clovia. Unable to find the order details in my order section.If order is not placed, please refund my amount.

                                It's a hard earned money, please help to resolve the issue asap as i can see there are lots of customers who have faced similar issues in the last month.

                                        I ordered 4 bras from clovia but when the item received that have a fit issue so I raised exchange request but it has been one month but pickup not delivered and yesterday my exchange request is cancelled automatically. I m so much disappointed 😭 this time
