I placed a return of an product the very next day i received the product as the product quality was very very low and the size was small for me. After order its almost 2 month now the pick up has not been done. I have called on the call center 20 time to arrange a reverse pickup but the call center people are pathetic. they just know one line your issue will be resolved in 24-48hrs but even after 2month that day didnt came. Finally they have a answer the pick up service is closed for Hyderabad region. if that was the case why the mentioned on the website easy return policy, they should mention non-returnable i would'nt have bought the product. please close your store and call center as the service is pathetic, stop cheating customers.

    I have ordered products on July 13th and it was cancelled with order num 12663503, the refund was not given and I have attached bank statement as they requested and also my bank manager also confirmed same that I did not receive my amount back 25 days have completed. I have sent many follow ups and calls but no resolution and after waiting for 1 hrs or calls they are disconnecting my phone without resolving.

      I had placed an order with clovia on 13th Jun and since then I am following with the team and they have not refunded my money back nor they have shred the order.
      I am following up since a month, I have shared the screenshot of transaction and the statement from the account as well but still no response.
      They never call back and there customer care keeps on hold for a long time, there customer care is not 24hours service.
      Even after sharing all the details they are not refunding my money back which is about 3069/-
      Please do the needful and help me in getting my money back, I am literally sick of calling them again n again and talking to them

        On 10th of June i have cancelled a order in clovia for which they mailed me that I will receive the refund with in 15-20 working days. Till now I have not received the refund amount. I have contacted customer care they told me send me my bank statement so that they can be assured of the refund amount not received. I sent them the statement. But they did not refund the amount. Again I sent them mail to take an update on the refund, they again asked me to send the refund which i again shared on 10th July. Till today I have not received the refund amount.

        Please help me with this.

            My order no: 12280493. I have to return the product but they don't have a pickup in my location so I have sent the order through India post EE[protected]IN to the given address by Clovia. The product is already received by the company on 17 June .. till now I have not received my refund. contacted customer care many times they say .. we will check the order in our warehouse and contact you soon.

                    I returned my products as the quality is not good from such big clovia company, and it been three months, since i returned my products. Day by day since from 3 months i am calling but people are telling that to wait that the issue is been escalated.
                    Since from three they could not able solve Such an silky issue.i didnt expect this from clovia, worst company, bad company, fraud company.thry were not upto the mark to solve to give the customer satisfaction

                              The products were ordered on 4th of June and it hasn't reached to the destination till date. The customer care person said the delivery pincode was not deliverable so the product is sent back to the warehouse. I don't think this should be done without prior information because the product cannot be tracked properly. Also, when asked about refund, they said, it was already sent to the concerned account which is yet another false statement. Please don't try to fool out people. It doesn't look much good at your part.

                              I want my money back and a written statement of what all has gone wrong.

                                I placed 2 orders on April 8th, 2022. (Total item value ~4200)
                                - Order #1 had 9 items
                                - Order #2 had 4 items
                                On April 20th, I returned Order #1 (9 items) and order #2(2 items).
                                Since there was no pickup service provided, I couriered the items (paid 700rs - via DTDC. I paid for secure courier since i had heard of clovia's item mishandling earlier too).
                                Item is received at warehouse a couple of days later (22nd April). It takes clovia's warehouse a month to confirm the receipt of couriered item. Almost a month later(after several mail threads and calls with customer care), clovia informs that 1 items out of Order #1 is missing therefore a refund of Rs3949 is provided in wallet (minus price of 1 missing item).
                                I transfer amount from wallet to bank. Transfer does not happen. I raise a complaint. Rs 3621 is added in wallet (now 2 items are missing).
                                I'm assured that issue will be resolved in 48 hrs. I transfer Rs3621 to bank. Only Rs 1353 is credited to account. I raise a complaint again. After several complaints and calls, Clovia acknowledges taht its their backend issue among other issues, promises to resolve in 24 hrs. Assures that pending amount will be credited to bank account directly. Its been 2 weeks now. I have been calling their customer care relentlessly but all i hear is "Your issue has been escalated and will be resolved in 24 hours".
                                I have called the customer care over 50 times in the last 3 months, dropped over 20 emails. My money is yet to be refunded. I havent even raised a concern about missing items, that is another issue that I intend to address after the items they have acknowledged as received, is refunded.

                                        Had the worst experience buying clothes from this site. It was very disappointing that they did not even try to resolve the issue even after complaining. Pathetic service and very unprofessional to not provide any support or solution after complaining.
