Refund amount not received

On 10th of June i have cancelled a order in clovia for which they mailed me that I will receive the refund with in 15-20 working days. Till now I have not received the refund amount. I have contacted customer care they told me send me my bank statement so that they can be assured of the refund amount not received. I sent them the statement. But they did not refund the amount. Again I sent them mail to take an update on the refund, they again...

Refund Not received

My order no: 12280493. I have to return the product but they don't have a pickup in my location so I have sent the order through India post EE[protected]IN to the given address by Clovia. The product is already received by the company on 17 June .. till now I have not received my refund. contacted customer care many times they say .. we will check the order in our warehouse and contact you soon....

Payment deducted but order not placed

I have ordered some producta amounting 1125. Payment been deducted from amount but order not placed and still products are showing in cart.

I returned my products, but money is not refunded

I returned my products as the quality is not good from such big clovia company, and it been three months, since i returned my products. Day by day since from 3 months i am calling but people are telling that to wait that the issue is been escalated.

Non - delivery of the product and no refund of money

The products were ordered on 4th of June and it hasn't reached to the destination till date. The customer care person said the delivery pincode was not deliverable so the product is sent back to the warehouse. I don't think this should be done without prior information because the product cannot be tracked properly. Also, when asked about refund, they said, it was already sent to the concerned account which is yet another false statement....

Company not refunding inspite of receiving items

I placed 2 orders on April 8th, 2022. (Total item value ~4200)
- Order #1 had 9 items
- Order #2 had 4 items
On April 20th, I returned Order #1 (9 items) and order #2(2 items).
Since there was no pickup service provided, I couriered the items (paid 700rs - via DTDC. I paid for secure courier since i had heard of clovia's item mishandling earlier too).
Item is received at warehouse a couple of days later...

Unable to exchange the products

Requested return on 6th Jun… still pickup not happened… It’s been 12 days

Calling customer care every day, done follow up every single day… but got same answer from them… allow us some time to resolve… Pathetic service and very unprofessional to not provide any support or solution after complaining....

Had the worst experience buying clothes from this site. It was very disappointing that they did not even try to resolve the issue even after complaining. Pathetic service and very unprofessional to not provide any support or solution after complaining.

I've ordered a product on 15th May and got it on 20th May within 5 days. But due to size issue i've requested for replacement on the same day i.e. 20th May. Money deducted but order not placed.

The money has been deducted from my credit card but order was not placed. I connected with Clovia's consumer care number and they said due to technical glitch they cannot confirm the payment and asked me to wait for 24 hours.
There is no response for the mail I sent. My question is -

Refund issue

This is regarding product ID 9755666.
Neither refund amount is reflected in clovia account nor bank account. Where is it gone?

I request to clovia to show the proofs of transferring the amount from clovia to bank account.

Hope the issue will be resolved as soon as possible.
