I returned my product and got refunded then I placed another order using the refund money and proceeded to use paytm wallet but then I cancelled the order. Now i can't use my refund balance. It's saying pay freeze and my refund is deducted. Worst experience here. Did not expect this from Club Factory. I want my refund back as soon as possible. Information is provided in the screenshot below.

    I have ordered dress from club factory which is of worst quality and want to return same, but unable to do same.
    On app it says create new account to return and tried with new account it says already registered account.
    The are misleading customers and not allowing returns, talked with customer care they are not responding correctly.

    I tried to return it by creating 3 different accounts, still they don;t allow return and on site while purchasing item was eligible for return.

      Dear, we checked from system, there is confirmation call on 18 Jun but you missed it, thus this order was canceled, you can place a new order if you want the same.
      My order number isSO[protected] . and payment has been made. But i am not able to track my order. when i tracking, it shows "owner order error" and "order number invalid". there is no track record and the club factory customer service doesn't ever answer my call.
      I want to know where is my order. please response me

        Order no. SO[protected] has not been delivered at my residence. your traking invoice showed delivery date 10th June. But all of a sudden i receive message and it sayes delivered on 29th May itself. I have made payment online and been requesting them to send me delivered sheet in which they say i have given signatures. I am a working women and was not at home but my children n inlaws were at home no one has taken the delivery. It is sad to say no response from your helping desk.They keep on repeating send us your signatures, ehrn i have not given signatures why i am asked to send to verify the same. when I ask them to send the delivey slip they donot respond. kindly help

              On writing mail to customer care with reference to refund of Order No.SO10509224 that I have not yet received the refund amount in my Bank Account and Refund details shows as Withdrawal success on 28.05.2019 where as I have not withdrawn the balance, I was told that amount has been withdrawn in Paytm Account with phone no. [protected]. I specifically clarified that I have never updated this no. to my account and on asking when did I update this no. I was told "As we check this number has not been updated, using that number your amount has been withdraw please contact and check it once."

              So I mentioned to them that if your records show donor show any such updation how did the amount get withdrawn through this no. to Paytm. I was again assured for a reply after Investigation by their concerned dept. I had mentioned this issue as a security lapse by Club Factory.

              Again a day later I am told that my Account must have been hacked which I had clearly indicated in my previous correspondence.

              I also pointed out the fact that even today I am not able to update the phone no. to which I got the response that first I need to update the app then I can update the no.
              It is to be noted that the Club Factory app is update with the latest version still I am unable to update my no.

              My unresolved issues in crux:
              1. Refund not yet recieved due to security lapse on account of Club Factory.
              2. Unable to update phone no. till date

              Product is delivered to me but I want to return due to product quality issues
              & in App there is no paid status of my order
              I purchased a nail drill machine few days back, but when wanted to operate it I found it was not working and when I called customer care there was no one to pick the phone and no one to guide me to resolve the issue.please help me and please exchange it with a properly working machine.moreover the picture cannot be uploaded .

                My return request order number is SO24521230 which had been received by me as on 12/01/2019but I didn't like the product I request for return my return which had raised on the same day even if your courier person (ecom express)didn't come for pickup i got message as on 13/ 01/2019reverse pickup has not been picked up plz call centre so I called there they didn't give me proper response. This is really disappointed me. Club factories service center is also not giving proper response.

                  I ordered two pieces of clothes order number: SO[protected] which I paid through the refunded money that I had in the club factory balance. The expected delivery date was on June 19 but on June 14 in the order details of the app it was marked as delivered by delhivery. The courier guy from delhivery never contacted me even on June 15 as I hoped. So now I want you to either deliver the products that I ordered or refund the money back to my cf. Balance. Thank you.

                                I had ordered a Ultra thin transparent Open crotch Silk stocking Pantyhose socks hoisery on 18th May 06:06pm 2019 on Club Factory online app. The order tracking number is[protected]
                                I still havent recieved the order yet. It was supposed to be delivered by 7th june 2019. The tracking page is showing "picked up from client location" since May 23. Please send the order soon or refund my money that I have already paid through patym. The amount is 153 rupees.

                                    I am suppose to get a refund of Rs. 2000 from club factory which I didn’t. Even after multiple calls and E-mails there is no response. It's been 2months.

                                    Following is the e-mail which I sent to Club Factory but there is no response so far:,

                                    While making a return request in the tool there was a technical error due to which I could place the return request only for one product (Shirt) and rest three I couldn’t therefore, I spoke to one of the operator and mentioned about this issue and told them that, I would pack all four and send them together mentioning all the details on a piece of paper and sent it through Indian Post on April.
                                    After that, I only got the refund for one item and rest three I have been following up from 2 months and the only response I get is ‘’ The item has been misplaced and the concerned team is checking on it and will get back to you in three days). It’s been two months and I’m still waiting for my refund.

                                    After all the drama you have only partially made the refund.
                                    As mentioned in my earlier complaint (After that, I only got the refund for one item ). I had a balance of 8.33$ in my account (which I didn’t withdraw). When you returned this refund (30.66$) you took back my 8.33$ balance. Why???

                                    I want all my money back (8.33$) !! Stop fooling your customers!

                                    Your customer service and online executives are good for nothing.. No ethics and not professionally trained!! Disgusting Club Factory…

                                      Hi,

                                      Kindly look into the matter I have ordered things from club factory..first of all quality sucks also I have ordered size but they are different when sent to me...on covering bag size mentioned M however size on cloth neck is different.
                                      Have approached call center but they are useless n didn't help us.
                                      Asked me to approach chat..there u guys just put robots .

                                      Have complaint earlier as well which has been closed without my knowledge n intimation.

                                      Seeking my hard earned money back...don't make image of fraudster...don't brk trust which has been build by so many years.

                                      They always ask me to cancel n give new request but same is not getting possible check error snapshot.
