I am suppose to get a refund of Rs. 2000 from club factory which I didn’t. Even after multiple calls and E-mails there is no response. It's been 2months.
Following is the e-mail which I sent to Club Factory but there is no response so far:,

While making a return request in the tool there was a technical error due to which I could place the return request only for one product (Shirt) and rest three I couldn’t therefore, I spoke to one of the operator and mentioned about this issue and told them that, I would pack all four and send them together mentioning all the details on a piece of paper and sent it through Indian Post on April.
After that, I only got the refund for one item and rest three I have been following up from 2 months and the only response I get is ‘’ The item has been misplaced and the concerned team is checking on it and will get back to you in three days). It’s been two months and I’m still waiting for my refund.

Club Factory Customer Care's response Dear, SO[protected] was canceled, we have returned the refund of the other order to your APP balance, sorry for this.

Updated by Varnika.2111 After all the drama you have only partially made the refund.
As mentioned in my earlier complaint (After that, I only got the refund for one item ). I had a balance of 8.33$ in my account (which I didn’t withdraw). When you returned this refund (30.66$) you took back my 8.33$ balance. Why???
I want all my money back (8.33$) !! Stop fooling your customers!
Your customer service and online executives are good for nothing.. No ethics and not professionally trained!! Disgusting Club Factory…
So I want to replacement it same colour but size should be 7.5,
Earlier size is 6.5,
So kindly replacement my shoes 6.5 to 7.5
For this I would be very kind Enough for you
