    I had booked for one bedsheet through online payment. I received a message on 25.05.19 that your order No AwB [protected] was undelivered as the address was unlocatable,

    This is quite ludicrous. The address is located in the heart of Bhubaneswar.

    Further, they had advised that for further instructions, click http//ecxp.in /?q=[protected]. But while clicking, it says that we have received your request. Thank you.

    The Company looks like fraudulent one. I demand that in case they fail to deliver the good, they should immediately refund the amount.

      Though I have signed in with my phone number it is displaying as"not registered number" .I want to login to return my product which I have bought in club factory through my phone number. I have bought many items through my number but it is showingBut a error has occurred while logging in.p lease resolve it because I have to return my product as early as possible.

        I paid INR 3300 before two days by sbi credit card for heels and dress on club factory. Amount has been deducted atthe sametime but club factory app showing payment failed and order did not placed. I talked with customer support by chat option bcoz its night time and they are not picking calls. Agent said that they took 2 days to confirm prepayment. I was shocked to hear that they dint left any option for me apart from waiting for two days. Today when i talked them after two days they said they just raised my complain and now i need to wait for 4 days more. Now i am totally become frustrated so i said i dont want to buy anything from your side just give my money back so agent giving me a ticket number and just telling me to wait for 4 days again again. Even not telling what will happen after 4 days like they will confirm my order or will refund my money or again will give me time to wait. I dont what they are or what they do i dont want any product now just give me my money back fast. Thats all.

          I have ordered a product by guest account. I got an email that money is refunded but how can i log into the guest account. It is not opening so how i can be able to withdraw my refunded money.
          Pls help me how tp withdraw my money.i am not able to open my guest account by which i am not able to do anything.
          If possible pls send my refund money to my bank account by which the money has been tranferred. Pls do it quickly. Other wise i have to have to take some actions against u.

              Received a damaged product and they say it's non returnable product, but when contacted the customer care through App, they made me wait for two months saying they will escalate the issue to escalation team but after two months of pestering them with the query they finally said it's two months kindly keep with you . If this s the answer why should they play with my patience and waste my time... Worst people...

                I ordered the product on may 29 and the estimated delivery was June 6 and still the order is in preparing state. When will I recieve my products. It's getting delayed alot. Please deliver it as soon as possible otherwise I may cancel the order.
                This is happening every time. Whenever I order in club factory I have to wait so long and at times my orders have been cancelled. Please deliver it as soon as possible.

                  The product i have asked was received in my city at Madurai by 31 may 2019.
                  But i was never contacted by the delivery agent or club factory for deliver and was stated with a sms that i was unavailable for accepting parcel. the delivery agent was delhivery. they give the worst service in my city and this has happened once before with me. please let me know if delhivery is in Madurai or not.

                    Dear, we can not cancel a shipped order. If you failed to receive the item, the parcel will be shipped back to our warehouse, and refund will be issued to you once it reaches our warehouse.

                    I ordered blue colour long top... but I got palazzo type pant . So applied for refund but the wrong product was not returned yet and I didn't get my refund till now... Worst experience in Online shopping

                      Dear, when an item gets out of stock we have to cancel it. Refund will be issued to your CF balance. If you order is a guest order, the refund will be issued to your original payment channel.
                      Stop cheating us you Club factory. You did this to almost everyone who ordered something on that sale. You gave me the same answer. I don't know why these consumer forum is not taking any action on them. This is false marketing.

                          I ordered two items from club factory which was not up to the mark so i raised return request. For the first time when delivery man came he could not pick the items to be returned, and then i had to make a call to customer care 5-6 times to reschedule the return. The next time it was rescheduled i did not get any message or call from delivery person and return got failed. Again i had to call customer care 3-4 times to reschedule, this time the delivery person was inappropriate, i had to guide him my address for 10 to 15 minutes, but he reached some other hostel and could not collect the items. Since yesterday i have called 3 times in customer care to reschedule the return as my request has been cancelled by club factory by itself without providing actual reason. Its been 2 weeks now i am waiting for return.
                          Now it doesn't matter if they come for return or not, i just want my money to be refunded asap.

                              Hi there,

                              I order kids puff skirt photo prop sets for my daughter from club factory with the order number so[protected]. Product code sku id is [protected].

                              It was supposed to be a skirt. As per the images of the product and the name, it was a skirt. But the product, which i have received today is totally a different one. It is not a skirt which i have received. It is just a piece of cloth with a white color band attached to it.

                              I contacted the customer service twice and send them pictures and videos of the product received. They assured me that i will get the complete refund. They said, i just need to raise a return request and their courier person will take it and there will be no shipping charges as it is their companies fault as they have not sent the right product.

                              As per their instructions, i raised a request for refund. But while checking the details, i found that they have written that as the picture was not clear, it cannot be verified that it is wrong product. So, if you still want to return it, you will have to pay the additional shipping charges.

                              The picture was very clear and the customer service representative also confirmed it. But, as this is a fraud company, because of that they are charging this extra amount.

                              Their customer service is of no use. I am very disappointed with them. I asked them to either refund or replace the product. But they are saying, they cannot replace it. I have to place a new order for that and have to pay again.

                              What is the garentee that the will send the correct item this time. If their desks are honest, they could have sent me the
                              Correct product at the first place.

                              I request you to notify them about it and to take strict actions against them, so that in nearby future they cannot cheat innocent customers.

                              The 1st picture is the actual product which i ordered.
                              The 2nd picture is of the product which i have received.
                              The 3rd screen shot is of the customer service representative who assured me that there will be no shipping charges as it was club factory's fault as they have sent me the wrong product.

                              Is it a skirt from any angle?

                              Along with that i have also attached a video of the product received for your reference.

                              If you will check the details, you will be able to make out that a cheap inferior quality product has been sent to me which is totally different.

                              I request you to to please look into this matter and help me.

                                      The messages like "over 1 million people got 1 rs product". Such messages comes every second hour. No product is what i get, its only asking to open club factory again and again. I dont need any such messages anymore.
                                      Club factory keeps on sending messages even when i have deleted the app and removed the access of it to my google account. I am irritated because of messages.
