missing 1 item

In my order of 2 product I have received only 1 item but you have charged the full amount of 133 aed .
Mobile headphones not received and other item was national standard expansion power conventional plug converter this is item I have received.

fraudulent withdrawal and purchase of goods from my account balance

Dear sir/ madam,
I would like to bring to your attention that i had usd 40.58 in my club factory (Cf) account balance. However on may 9, 2019, usd 12.51 was withdrawn without my knowledge. I had informed cf about it but no action was taken. Then again, on may 19, 2019 two orders were placed using the amount from my account balance vide order so[protected] and so[protected] by someone else other than me. I had placed an order so97907986/so97906783 on club factory on 22nd march. I returned few products from this order to club factory on 13th april 2019. I was expecting my refund of rs 1910 rs from club factory, i waited till 26th april but i didnt received any refund on my return. I had paid the amount through credit card. I used to get message and mail from club factory about my pickup, return till my return was picked up.

can't track my order after making payment.

I had placed the order on 20th May 2019. My order no is SO[protected]. After placing order I have installed the app and created an account with the same mail id. When I try to track my order from the app, my order in not showing in the order list and I can't track the order also. I have already paid the amount and I got the order confirmation mail also. One of my order placed on 2019/01/26, i am still waiting for my order.
This order was never delivered to my delivery address. I contacted club factory chat customer service no resolution finally on feb 20, 2019, 2:20 pm order status delivered updated on my club factory account. I was sucked and i contacted them via chat. false refund claim by club factory

Material returned
Refund issued for $10.52
Refund was showing in my account for couple of days, then it became zero. They say i have withdrawn this amount. But i was never asked and never given my bank account details to club factory, how can they claim that they have transferred the amount to me.
Whole system does not look logical. This way they are cheating customers with refund money....

why is my balance pay freeze?

I ordered a pair of shoes and after 5 days they say it is out of stock. If it was out of stock why was it not written earlier. Though my amount got refunded and i used my refund to order something new... The payment failed due to some reason but i cant use my money now... It says "pay freezed". This is not fair. Its a huge amount of money and i am utterly dissapointed. If the matter does not get resolved i swear i am not using club factory...

friends deal fraud

I ordered from club factory on 21 april with order no. So[protected], there were 7 items in the cart, some of them were out of stock and some areetioned to come by 9th of may but still not get those items, called and n helpline number but no response as nobody received call and after that no procedure to contact with them.
I want to return those items as my need hasn't fulfilled by time and now i don't want them and i want to have...

a wine red coloured shirt

I requested return for a shirt i received 2-3 days ago and still no one came to pick the product. Are we fool here? It shows “sorry your reverse pickup failed due to mishandling of the local carrier”
Is it my fault? Is it my responsibility to return the product? I guess its club factory’s responsibility to send pick up guy who knows how to do his own work. Why do a customer has to suffer for your carelessness? Very disappointed...

no action taken against my complaint
