In my order of 2 product I have received only 1 item but you have charged the full amount of 133 aed .
Mobile headphones not received and other item was national standard expansion power conventional plug converter this is item I have received.
But Bluetooth wireless sports earphones 1 pair with charging box not received.

Package inside was broken.the moment I checked parcel am trying to contact club factory no reply till now .
Also it took more days than they have give to deliver

    I had placed an order for boots on club factory 3 days ago. Today i received a mail saying the following-

    Thank you for your order so[protected].
    We're sorry but while processing your order so[protected], some items are no longer available. The related refund has been issued through paytm to guest_user_*

    I did not use paytm to make the original payment. I had used my debit card. I would like the refund to come back to my bank account.

    I don't know whom to call to fix this problem.

      Dear sir/ madam,
      I would like to bring to your attention that i had usd 40.58 in my club factory (Cf) account balance. However on may 9, 2019, usd 12.51 was withdrawn without my knowledge. I had informed cf about it but no action was taken. Then again, on may 19, 2019 two orders were placed using the amount from my account balance vide order so[protected] and so[protected] by someone else other than me. Prior to this, i tried withdrawing the balance but was unable to do so due to the fact that the verification code was sent to another mobile number and not my registered number.
      Kindly look into the matter and please help me get my money back.

        I had placed an order so97907986/so97906783 on club factory on 22nd march. I returned few products from this order to club factory on 13th april 2019. I was expecting my refund of rs 1910 rs from club factory, i waited till 26th april but i didnt received any refund on my return. I had paid the amount through credit card. I used to get message and mail from club factory about my pickup, return till my return was picked up.

        Previously also i had returned one faulty product to cf, and my return amount came back to my credit card itself through which i made payment.

        On 26th april i raised a complaint in club factory, but i didn't received any update from them till 10th of may, i was keep following up on chat but was not getting any update from them. Finally on 10th may they told me that, my amount has been refunded through paytm to some other mobile number. And even they have updated mobile number on my account which i got to know from them.

        There was no mail sent to me about my mobile updation, there was no otp sent on my email address that my mobile is updated by someone. There was no mail nor any otp was generated by cf when someone withdrawed the amount to his paytm account. 2 month back they used to transfer the amount directly to source payment, this time why they didnt refunded my amount to my credit card.

        There is security breached from club factory, they didnt sent me any mail regarding such transactions happening in my account. Also when i got to know that account is hacked, i tried changing fraud-ers mobile number to my number (Which was previously there), but now there is no such option to do that. Then how that fraud-er changed my mobile number to his?

        Since its a mistake from club factory side they should refund my amount, but they are denying it saying we cant do anything.

        Whole system does not look logical, they are stealing money o[censored]sers. Please help me to get my money back.
        Hi. So as the subject says, that there was no refund given back to me as i ordered an apparel on 20th April and i gave it back more than a week ago, i still didn’t get the refund. This is the tracking no :[protected], please help in this case.

          I had placed the order on 20th May 2019. My order no is SO[protected]. After placing order I have installed the app and created an account with the same mail id. When I try to track my order from the app, my order in not showing in the order list and I can't track the order also. I have already paid the amount and I got the order confirmation mail also. Please update me the status of my order.
          I had order my product on[protected] it was COD, but now it is showing COD cancelled why so???

            One of my order placed on 2019/01/26, i am still waiting for my order.
            This order was never delivered to my delivery address. I contacted club factory chat customer service no resolution finally on feb 20, 2019, 2:20 pm order status delivered updated on my club factory account. I was sucked and i contacted them via chat. They suggested me to wait for 72 hours waiting 72 hours two months have gone. I contacted them on facebook i got a reply that they are checking on that.

            Finally, they messaged me stating that the order was delivered and there is a signature. They showed me a fake signature stating that i have signed while receiving my order. I never received my order and that is not my signature.
            How can you do my fake signature??? Are you a scam club factory?
            I have placed several orders with you-you have delivered to the same address and your delivery boy never asked me for signature, probably you guys never ask signature from your customer.

            You are not allowed to do my fake signature and play around.

            Please kindly resolve this concern.

              For the further report I will never receive any package by your courier team. I only receive the msg of receive the package after that I call to club factory the provide courier sender num after that I contact to you and you say to me that I receive the package but no any package received by my neither any call to me for receive the package by your team if any call to me than report me with my sign receipt of package receiving.
              No any call by courier team no any package received by me. Every intimation only by sms.
              Received my package as soon as with again check by courier agent with in 24 hour.
              If package not received in 24 hour I am ready for legal action against club factory, delivery service
              And all info I want by call, sms and mail also.

              I purchased iPhone 6s plus back cover, it was broken while I receive the product and the product also not good condition, I need to replace the product else need refund amount for that.

              The refunds shows payfreeze when I tried placing the order again
              Kindly refund the money and clarify the payfreeze

                Refund issued for $10.52
                Refund was showing in my account for couple of days, then it became zero. They say i have withdrawn this amount. But i was never asked and never given my bank account details to club factory, how can they claim that they have transferred the amount to me.
                Whole system does not look logical. This way they are cheating customers with refund money.
                Product is not good. I can't able return the order. Please return the order. I will share the order details.

                    I ordered a pair of shoes and after 5 days they say it is out of stock. If it was out of stock why was it not written earlier. Though my amount got refunded and i used my refund to order something new... The payment failed due to some reason but i cant use my money now... It says "pay freezed". This is not fair. Its a huge amount of money and i am utterly dissapointed. If the matter does not get resolved i swear i am not using club factory ever again nor will i let others use it!!! Please please please resolve it.

                    If you have used the wallet balance for order, and the payment got freeze and payment freeze means the third party i.e. your bank has not approved your payment. But do not worry it will get done soon. Within 5-7 days either the order will get placed or your money will get refunded back to your account. So please have patience and wait. If the given time over and still the payment show freeze then you can share the screenshot of the same so that we can help you further.
                    I'm complaining with regards to watch i ordered...I have returned the watch but I want you not to deduct 90rs fo picup as the watcg is havibg scratched glass...it's not looking as new product pls dont cut the amt Skip

                          I ordered from club factory on 21 april with order no. So[protected], there were 7 items in the cart, some of them were out of stock and some areetioned to come by 9th of may but still not get those items, called and n helpline number but no response as nobody received call and after that no procedure to contact with them.
                          I want to return those items as my need hasn't fulfilled by time and now i don't want them and i want to have my refund as soon as possible.

                              I requested return for a shirt i received 2-3 days ago and still no one came to pick the product. Are we fool here? It shows “sorry your reverse pickup failed due to mishandling of the local carrier”
                              Is it my fault? Is it my responsibility to return the product? I guess its club factory’s responsibility to send pick up guy who knows how to do his own work. Why do a customer has to suffer for your carelessness? Very disappointed with so called services provided by club factory. Take your product and give me my money back. That’s it!                                 My order no is SO99688722. I have not received the order till now, and the order is showing delivered in app. I have called many time to the delivery boy but he did not respond to the calls and dont know to whom he delivered the order.
                                From last 10 days i am calling to [protected] which is your customer care no, They are not providing any solution.
                                The pathetic service you are providing to your customers, I want my money back or place my order within 2 days as its almost 45 days i ordered the product.

                                I ordered watch, but i entered wrong pic code bcz of that, wrong address is showing as shipping address, i want to change address or cancel order but i am not getting any option for that .so requesting you to help me in this case, please guid for cancellations or to change delivery address .

                                  I ordered goggles from club factory on 4th may 2019 with order number so[protected]. The order was for red goggles but received yellow goggles on 13th may 2019. Also the quality is very very poor. I want to return as i received wrong product and of inferior quality but unable to return the product from club factory website or mobile app as i ordered with guest account. Kindly resolve the issue.
                                  My order number is SO[protected], i have ordered almost 10 days before and did not received any message about the status of my order. When i am trying to do a guest order tracking it is not sending any OTP to my number . This is really very bad service that you are providing to customers, also you dont have any customer care number also.
                                  Kindly i request to please deliver my product on the 11th of this month as i will be out of station from the 12th of this month...kindly please do the needful from your side.I would be very grateful if you could deliver it on the day that i want it.

                                    I received one wrong item among the three items i ordered. I ordered black canvass shoe with black sole, instead they sent me black canvass with white sole. I immediately contacted customer care about it, they told me to click for the return request option from the app. But that option is never made available as my account is not updated, it still shows that my order is in transit. I requested them to update it and make return option available so that i will be able to make request from my end, now ten days have gone, they do not take any action yet. Whenever i contacted customer care, i was given false and wrong promises that they are working on it and i need not to worry, i don't understand why club factory barred me from getting the actual product i ordered. It really was so frustrating and turned my believe in club factory up side down, please help and do the needful

                                      false delivery claim

                                      I ordered a wrist watch on 4/5/2019. I got message that shipment has been delievered, please rate us. The reality is it has not been delievered.                                       I have paid for the product but I changed my mind. I want the payment back in my card. Also, I used a guest account and it has been hard navigating through your cancellation system. Please cancel it ASAP. I do not need the product anymore.
                                      Again, the product number is SO[protected]. And it has been booked on a guest account. Thank you in advance.
                                      Please return the amount in my bank account. Your customer service helpline number is also wrong. I desperately need help.
