I have paid for the product but I changed my mind. I want the payment back in my card. Also, I used a guest account and it has been hard navigating through your cancellation system. Please cancel it ASAP. I do not need the product anymore.
Again, the product number is SO[protected]. And it has been booked on a guest account. Thank you in advance.
Please return the amount in my bank account. Your customer service helpline number is also wrong. I desperately need help.

    I had ordered on 20 April and showed ordered delivered on 1st. They are fake because their courier guy did my fake signature and wrong signature. On 1st May there was no one at my place to receive the order. I have been complaining about the same since last 10 days and they are just not bothered. I have already paid 6k. And when I ask my money back they are saying no. They do not have any history about my complaint. When ever I call them I have tell them the entire story

      I need my order within 1-2days club factory showed me to deliver within 8-18 days but it is taking more longer day plus the delivering steps are so long...

      I hope club factory reads this complaint and please make sure that my order comes before 14th may 2019

        I have bought a dress from club factory at 11 of april and returns at 14 th of april but still i have not get my amount in my account... How you guts behave like this... How can you do this with someone who is the regular customer of your app... Kindly request you to give my refund with in 24 hours.. I want my amount returned as soon as possible... And the total amount was 1457 i want this amount with in 24 hrs in my account

            My order number is so[protected] and i have placed my order one week before. I dont see any shipping information available and neither i am able to track down my order thru guest tracking order. I dont see any otp getting generated for my order number. I have paid all the amount and has been waiting from one week to get any tracking information.

              I ordered my bluetooth earphone, i got it but its damaged, mic was not working, so i returned n complanit, then i went to pickup...

              That time i asked them, im sending u returning this defect item so i must not pay courier fees..
              But after 10 days they receive it..
              N sent only my prodoct refund...
              But where my 90rs shipping fees refund??

              These # company taking my lot of time, still when i asked, they always reply wait 2 more days..

              They thinking we r fool
              We cant do anything..

              #, u cheat, fraudsters no place in india,

              Bycoot this company all my friend and our indian some # slave working there n talking like robot..

              This # company cant play with me..

              Ipc 420 n 460 will apply it n cryber crime, harassment, breach of trust..

              All i will go n file to dispute redressal commission now...

                Request you to kindly cancel my order. I had placed an order for the item on 25 april 2019 and my order number is so[protected]. The order has been delayed and i no longer wish to receive it as the purpose of ordering it in the first place has been solved. I do not wish to receive it and then apply for a return as i have been reading the previous comments and have come to the conclusion that the customer is put through hell and not cared for once he /she pays for it and the company receives the money. Its sad what you have been doing to ur customers and i do not want to go through this myself.

                    Please note that i placed an order on 1st may and made payment for inr 502.92, you acknowledged the same by sending a message.
                    On 4th may i received another message my above order has been cancelled, followed by a lengthy message that 'a refund of of inr 502.92 has been issued to your account (Google_user_104743666497689602484) balance. You may withdraw your balance in club factory app."
                    I have no account with google, neither i advised you to transfer my money to a account which i do not operate, and simply i do not know anything about it.
                    So at the end we have passed quite a number of days but i need my money back urgently to my account which i already send you by mail on [protected]@clubfactory.com. Please check.
                    I am sure i am able to make you understand about the fact. I want my refund without any delay.
                    I am not very conversant with this app culture so i request you to send me message on my mobile and refund on my account directly without any via media. Since i paid you directly through my debit card of my bank.

                      I got the order no. So[protected]Tracking id of delhivery:[protected] for my product. I check the status for the same product and found the tracking message as -
                      "package not picked/received by client" and "incomplete shipper pickup address and shipper not contactable" as per delhivery courier system.

                      I received the tracking number i. E.[protected] from you in a message as well with the name of delhivery courier service.
                      Please resolve it fast and ship my product to me this week latest on priority.

                        This site think that people are fools that’s how they treat their customer.
                        First they were not able to arrange a pickup from my house and took 1 month by saying that we’ll do that within 3 days.
                        After that i personally sent that parcel to warehouse and now its been more than a month but they are not giving my money back.
                        This is illegal that you got your parcel but not giving my money back.
                        I am damn upset from this kind of behaviour. Every site give refund within 24 hours but this is the most disgusting site i have ever seen in my online shopping experience.
                        I want my refund back else i’ll take a strict action against this site.

                          Sorry, this order is shipped, we can not cancel a shipped order.
                          This product in not working properly i have trail many times but not working properly and not charging some time i want to return this product instantly
                          My order no is SO[protected]..i did my order through web, no through app..after i ordered and paid for it, a confirmation message on payment came into email..when went into my app and checked, i wasnt able to find any sign of my order or payment..moreover no follow up message is coming...im afraid my cash is gone

                            It's been more than 3 months now. I returned the items that i brought from here. I returned it through mail and it reached the club factory warehouse and i'm sure of it as i checked with the delivery company. And the customer care was #. One person told me the items are in the warehouse and the refund is being processed, then when i called again the agent was telling me there's nothing in the warehouse and can't be refunded due to that reason and that i could understand the situation.'. No. I dont. I called like a million times. I even showed them the dtdc slip proving that i have send 5 items in on package but they are telling me there was only one item in the package. Are they blind or something??? I need my refund. Its 2000 rs man. Please help. The people at the customer care were so rude. And they even told me that they will call me to address the issue. They called once and i never heard from them again. 😕🙄🙄🙄🙄 i'm really pissed.
                            I cannot claim my refund. My refund Status appears as 'Pay Freeze because I made payment through outside payment channel. However the payment is now made but still pay Freeze appears on my refund balance. My Order number is S[protected].
                            My it with tracking number[protected] was placed more than 10 days ago n still it is undelivered. The worst part is no attempt has been made so far yet it is updated as delivery attempt failed. Pathetic service guys.

                              Placed an order with order no. So[protected], about to arrive on 22 april but still not arrived. When i contacted them they said its delivered & sent me some fake receipts too. Refused to give me the contact no. Of delivery boy so that i could ask him what he did with my order! Disgusting service careless staff. Take some strict action & ensure my package at my home!

So that i could confirm where my package is!! Disgusting service totally doubtful...

                                  In the month of march 2019 i placed order for a black jean's and paid rs.1405 online payment through paytm. But since the wrong size was delivered i returned the item and was assured refund with a week's time. It's been nearly 2 months now till date i have not received my refund amount. Please file a cheating case against club factory.

                                        I want my club factory wallet balance of rupees 1200 to my bank account. I am unable to buy anything. If i paid the amount to any order the wallet become nil and the payment become next to unpaid. A bag i ordered in last few hours but the payment of the bag is become nil and my app balance become zero. Which means i am not able to buy anything and my balance is wasted in my account. Which is useless
