I ordered a dress worth rs. 900 from club factory. It's showing delivered but i still don't have it. It has been delivered somewhere else. I have already registered a complaint but no response from them till now. I request you to ensure my package with me or refund of my full amount that i paid as soon as possible.

I have ordered my item on 19of april. After completing my payment. While checking the app it's is shown that expected delivery is on april 27. I didn't received my item till now. And i tried to contact clubfactoru they have given me another number to track my order. I have called them more than 3 times for 3 dayz. Every time they wer5 saying like today conform will will be delivering your item. It reached near to my home etc etc. Today morning i have called them they r not connecting my call with the customer care. And also they have msg me one phone number to travk5 my ordered that number also not in use. I am very sorry to tell you that i never expect such a poor services from you.

I would like to inform you that on 3/05/19, i have received an sms from club factory stating that my order (So[protected] has got cancelled. I had placed the order on 25/04/19 (And it was prepaid) and after that on 26/04/19, i had received another sms stating that it will be shipped.

As now my order got cancelled and i had already paid the amount, i would like to know by how many business days, the amount will get credited back to my account?

My item has been delivered but my account does not update it and now i am not even able to return my product without that deliverd message what the hell is goin on.. Are you trying to cross the limited time till im not able to do so... Answer me because i want to return my item at once so send the delivery update and that i will be able to click the return option

I have received a product which doesn't look that graceful as in displayed picture and also it's duppata is too short and design is also different.

Now i want to return the product and i came to know that the shipping charge also i have to bear which may cost 200-250 according to the product weight.

I think i became fool by doing shopping from club factory.

I ordered from club factory and it's size so large. I returned my product and got refunded but i placed another order using the refund money and proceeded to use net banking but i cancelled the order. Now i can't use my refund balance. It's saying pay freeze and my refund is deducted. I want my refund back. Fix this asap. Informations are provided in the screenshots below.

I ordered a product and just wanted to check the status of my order and called customer care regarding this issue, but one of the executive told me to give me my debit card number, expiry date, and cvv number as well, i told him that how can u ask for these details as ur site has already told customers not to share personal details with our customer care executive, but he forced me to give it as he told me ur payment is in pending status but i told him that it is showing me my order is confirmed. He told me without giving him details he will be not be able to check my product status. He transferred 5000 rs in his account of google application named yes pay. So please help me and get my money back.

Hi I have ordered for a cap and I have received a damaged one and same day I applied for return and it's been handled over to the pickup person and it's been 15 days and no refund is initiated when cald customer service they say they can't help me regarding this and they is a problem in courier company and them so they didn't receive the product and they also have my order number and other details so my question is why should we trust club factory and make payment before we receive a product and whey don't they trust customer, it's not customer problem when they have all the details about product returning they should initiate refund and this policy should be customer and company Friendly not completely company friendly

Hi i ordered a night dress of l size and i have received xl and the quality is also very bad. It show's its non refundable. What do i do? My order number is so[protected]. Kindly help me. This is not done. Please give me an option of refund. I need a solution please. Let me know as soon as possible. The quality is also very bad. N size is not as per order.

This is regarding return of 4 products purchased from club factory. They took the product back and did not refund the amount. When asked for refund they said they have already refunded and its been withdrawn on some random paytm number. I told them i did not transact through paytm while placing the order they how come it can be sent to paytm account. I used icici netbanking while placing order. I also shared my paytm statement and bank statement to show them that i did not receive the refund. They launched complaint on 18th april. Whenever i ask them about my refund they ask me to wait for 3 days. Since then they are replying with the same message. This is a fraud company and they loot their customers like this only.

I ordered a night dress and it was delivered in time. But this time i am very much disappointed with club factory as the dress is completely torn on two sides with two large holes. And also the material is totally damaged so there is no option to
A remake it. So i want to return my order but couldn't as it shows the product is non refundable and is only refundable only in case of some damage. Since it has two big holes, so i want to return my product as soon as possible.

I had ordered for a product with order ID: SO[protected]. They have shipped a wrong product. Now when i have requested for a return, they asking me to send the item back by myself, later they will give me the refund. How fair is this? Im unable to send back the item within the mentioned period as im out of station and my house owner has received item.

My order no is so98560229. I placed the order on 25 march 19. On 3 april 19 courier informed me that my area is out of delivery area and returned the product to warehouse. After complaint on 27 apr 19 for refund, i received a message on 28 april 19 that my amount has been refunded to guest user account. First i made the payment online using phonepe, therefore amount should have been refunded to the original payment method. Secondly i am not able to see the refunded amount in club factory app under guest user. I have signed up using mobile no used for placing order. I have lost rs 141.
